Walk into this ranch home on full finished basement that is larger than it appears. With almost 4,800 sq feet of living space on over 1 acre lot, 5 bedrooms, plus a bunk room, 4 bathrooms and 2 full kitchens this space will sure to please. On the main level there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus fully stocked kitchen and living room. The main level was fully renovated in 2024 with a brand new kitchen, cabinets, flooring, paint and bathrooms. The basement has another bedroom, bunk room, bathroom, pool table, piano and plenty of space to entertain.
Out back there is a separate game room with ping pong table, full kitchen and bathroom. You will be on a private cove with access to the main water, private dock that is 6-7 feet deep, sandy area for the kids to play, we have a canoe, three kayaks and a paddleboard to experience and a fire pit to roast marshmallows and tell ghost stories. Enjoy relaxing, reading a book or a glass of wine at the many outdoor spaces. If you would like to explore the Lake Oconee area, there is plenty of fishing, golfing, or historic attractions, for everyone in the family to enjoy, like nearby Old Salem Park, Historic Uncle Remus Museum, Lake Oconee Brewery or the many great restaurants in the area.

PESTS: This is Georgia, although the property is regularly treated for bugs, understand that some do find their way in occasionally. Although it’s not common, you may see snakes, ants, spiders or other wildlife around the property.

- We are available from 9AM to 6PM EST every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours. While there is no on-site or after-hours maintenance or staff, we will always do our best to assist. In the case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services.
