A separate outbuilding is also available, ideal for larger groups or families.



The outdoor area invites you to linger with its well-tended garden, private pool and cosy seating areas. Enjoy your meals in the open air, relax on a sun lounger or discover the hammocks under the centuries-old olive trees. Entertainment is provided by a table football corner and plenty of space for children to play.



Go on excursions to the nearby Adriatic coast or the Sibillini Mountains. Visit the famous Fiastra Abbey or explore historic villages and archaeological sites. Treat yourself to an authentic culinary experience. On request, the owner can organise dinners with regional specialities, mini cooking courses or guided tours of the surrounding area.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
