-2 bed, 2 bath -one block from the beach, one block to the bay
-Freshly painted, brand new carpet, decor & kitchen supplies
-Sleeps 4 comfortably, great for a small family, small group of friends, or two couples
-Stay in the heart of Dewey Beach and walk to everything. Short drive (about 1 mile) to Rehoboth Beach
-Half block away from the best spot to watch the sunset over the bay
-Playground for kids at the end of the street
-Unit is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator
- Enter outside from small porch
-community pool

My husband and I recently purchased this unit end of August 2021. It is an absolute dream come true to be able to own a little piece of the Delaware beach. I have grown up going to Rehoboth, while enjoying many evenings out in Dewey. While maybe not the largest place in Dewey, we have certainly put a lot of time and effort into making it welcoming and comfortable.
