Beautiful **** villa with heated swimming pool

This house is designed for larger groups or families that wish to spend a relaxing holiday.
It stretches over three floors and most have a partial sea view. It consists of 13 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 5 living rooms and a shared kitchen. Behind the house is a neat heated outdoor pool surrounded by greenery that will provide refreshment in hot summer days. On the ground floor there is a large shared professionally equipped kitchen and a large hall for socializing, which is complemented by a pool table, table football and darts. The offer is completed with equipped fitness, sauna, whirlpool and table tennis. Accommodation is functionally furnished, and the floors are connected by an external staircase.
The plot is completely fenced, therefore, suitable for children safe play.
It is situated in the quieter zone of town, but not far from the shops and the sea.
We recommend excursions to nearby places. The most famous is the ancient Pula which offers many attractions, cultural and entertainment during the summer.

Roomy but quirky

If you have a big crowd (we had 15) this is a perfect place to stay. We had an older group, so we divided up the bedrooms according to how fit everyone was, with the most nimble folks climbing to the third floor. The strangest part is that if you want to go from your second or third floor bedroom to the kitchen, you have to go outside then come in the front door. We got used to it (and it didn't rain). We used the lovely pool much more than I thought we would. Dean, our host, secured a chef to prepare an excellent Croatian dinner for us. The driveway had just enough room for us to park the two big vans we rented. Dean was very responsive to communications and helpful with local information.

It was a great and relaxing stay in Istria

We were 5 families and each family had enough space. The pool was very clean and is also checked once a week by a pool service. We enjoyed the pool both in the morning and in the evening. All other offers, such as billiard, table football, gym room and table tennis were very much used. We were also allowed to enjoy all fruits in the garden such as pears, figs and grapes, and the nearby supermarket provided all important necessities. Many nice beaches are in reaching distance by car. We all highly recommend this house and this family!

Great House, Location and Host

The house is much more than you see in the advert. The pool, the kitchen, the pool table are great! Supermarkets are close by, beaches are Within 10 minutes drive. Rooms and beds are super clean and comfortable. Family Černjul are great and were the whole time at our disposal. They organize a great boat trip for us and a nice dinner in a restaurant. We were a group of 24 people and we all highly recommend this house and this family!

Das Haus ist in einem wirklich guten Zustand, der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend würde wiederkommen

Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Lage ist Perfekt für jeden Typ Urlauber, sei es eine Maturareise oder ein Familienurlaub. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben, Pula ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Strände gibt es Wort wörtlich wie Sand am Meer, persönlicher "Geheimtipp" ist die Safaribar!

Schönes Haus, netter Vermieter

Wir haben als Klasse von 18 Leuten unsere Maturareise in der Villa Vinkuran verbracht. Wir sind mit dem Bus nach Pula und dann weiter mit einem lokalen Bus in die ruhige Ortschaft Vinkuran gefahren. Dort wurden wir sehr nett von dem Vermieter empfangen, der uns auch gleich detailliert alles gezeigt hat. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Billardtisch, die Sauna und der Tischtennistisch sind besondere Highlights. Das Pool ist sehr angenehm und die Beleuchtung am Abend atemberaubend. Um zum Strand zu gelangen muss man 10 Minuten gehen oder zwei Minuten mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern fahren. Der Supermarkt ist auch sehr nah und außerdem gibt es eine Busstation im Ort. Wir waren ohne Autos dort und mussten uns deshalb völlig auf den Bus und Taxis verlassen. Glücklicherweise war aber der Vermieter Dean so nett und hat uns den Transport manchmal vereinfacht. Er hat beispielsweise ein paar von uns zum Arzt geführt oder einen Minibus organisiert, der uns alle mit Koffern nach Pula transportiert hat. Grundsätzlich war Dean sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es hat uns allen auf jeden Fall sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!
