About this property

House by the sea, in the nature park Mondragó

Even with their access to the house you will breath away, at the sight of the blue sea. You are about 30 m above sea level, above a jagged sea cliff, where formerly the valuable Santanyi was broken.
This allows to the right and left a breathtaking view which leaves no second long while since he ties an ever at any point, whether it is the lighthouse or the cave or rock breakers. And so one is always moved on, until you end up in the picturesque port of Cala Figuera with its anchoring there Llauts and small fishing boats.
From there, we can let our little boat to the water and go with them in secluded coves or to look at the coast from the sea.
The inviting seafood restaurants, they can then discover for yourself ....

Kleine Rückzugs-Oase am Meer

Wir haben zwar die heißesten Tage auf Mallorca abgepasst aber in der Casa Ben fehlte es uns an nichts! Ausgestattet mit Pool, Klimaanlage und vielen verschiedenen Relax-Ecken auf dem Grundstück konnte man es wunderbar aushalten. Unser Sohnemann (10) hat sich über die Katzen gefreut die uns täglich besuchen kamen. Kleine Buchten aber auch ein wunderschöner langer Sandstrand sind mit dem Auto nicht länger als 30 Minuten entfernt zu erreichen. Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an Horst und seine Familie für diesen traumhaft entspannten Aufenthalt!

Ein Haus mit Potential

Wer sich in Mallorca auskennt, sollte wissen, dass das Haus etwas abgelegene ist. Gerade wenn die Insel so voll ist wie aktuell ein Vorteil und man kann abends absolute Ruhe genießen. Das Objekt an sich ist sehr sauber undausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Es wäre sehr wünschenswert, dass vor Buchung alle Details bekannt gegeben werden würden: - es gibt 5-6 Katzen, die regelmäßig gefüttert werden sollen und dementsprechend auch das Grundstück nicht verlassen bzw. gerne auf Stühle und Liegen Anspruch erheben - das Haus ist nicht ans Abwasser System angeschlossen. Und man wird sehr deutlich darauf hin gewiesen, dass man nicht so viel Abwasser produzieren soll. - gleichzeitig muss der Garten jeden Tag gegossen - die Endreinigung mehr kostet wenn man 2 Schlafzimmer nutzt - der Strom zu einem vom Vermieter festgelegten Preis zu zahlen ist - das Internet recht schlechten Durchsatz hat (Mobilfunkrouter) Das Haus ist defacto trotzdem nicht schlecht. Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig. Der nächste Supermarkt und die nächste Bäckerei sind ca. 10 km entfernt

Excellent stay at Horst’s beautiful finca

We really enjoyed our stay as the house. It was the perfect size for a family of 4. Extremely well equipped and clean with gorgeous garden. Near to wonderful beaches. We travelled to the beaches by car but you could cycle to a few amazing beaches if your are adventurous. Highly recommend. Horst our host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Haus hat vollkommen der Beschreibung entsprochen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich einzigartig. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und verfügt über einen tollen Garten mit einem kleinen Swimmingpool. Auch im Haus hat es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Danke Herr Bischof für die beiden wunderbaren Wochen in Ihrem Ferienhaus. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Schönster Urlaub meines Lebens

Sie werden durch sehr nette Gastgeber empfangen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist eigentlich nicht zu überbieten. Näher am Meer kann man nicht wohnen, ein Traum! Wir haben schon wieder für 2018 gebucht.

Sehr ansprechendes Haus mit besonderem maritimen Ambiente

Sehr sauberes Haus, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Hammer ist die Außenterrasse mit Weber Gasgrill, mit Blick auf den Garten mit Rasen und Badetempel. Am spektakulärsten ist die Lage. Die reine Meeres Luft atmen, die Möwen beobachten, dem Wellen Rauschen zuhören. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat sehr gerne zur Verfügung stehen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl! Wir haben noch nie einen so entspannten Urlaub verbacht!

completo relax....

La casa è situata in un angolo molto tranquillo di Mallorca in un quartiere residenziale affacciato su una scogliera a picco sul mare con un panorama suggestivo. La casa è accogliente , pulita, molto ben attrezzata, curata nei dettagli ed adatta alle famiglie con bambini che possono giocare tranquillamente in giardino o nella piscina. Nonostante la villetta sia inserita in un contesto molto tranquillo è possibile raggiungere nel giro di pochi minuti, in auto o in bici, sia le spiagge di S'Amarador che altri centri con ristoranti e locali. Horst e sua moglie sono stati ospiti gentili e presenti in caso di necessità, sempre con la massima discrezione. Sicuramente consiglierei questa soluzione ad un amico o ad un conoscente e non escludo di tornarci perché abbiamo trascorso delle bellissime vacanze. Marzia e Pierangelo
