The ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with TV, hall, utility room, bathroom and separate WC
Your own four walls in the open! A newly furnished house, surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests! Very quiet location for those seeking relaxation. Our cottage near our farm, ideal for young and old as well as summer or winter! The apartment has a separate entrance. There is a beautiful fireplace. Self-catering, on arrival a little welcome. Leisure activities in the summer: swimming, numerous ponds in the area, cycling, mountain bike trails are available, hiking, tennis, fishing, horseback riding, climbing and much more. Winter activities: cross-country skiing (65 km of groomed trails), ice skating, sledding and much more. Attractions for Sightseeing: Zwettl, Castle Ottenschlag, Rappottenstein Castle, ruin Arbesbach, Lohnbachfall who Bärenwald, Ysperklamm and numerous other attractions. Wellness in the immediate vicinity.
