- A double bedroom, also with a Smart TV and a wardrobe.
- An Italian-style shower room with a vanity unit, illuminated mirror, and a WC.

18 minutes on foot or 7 minutes by bus from Cannes train station, 4 minutes by car.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
