This unit has central air conditioning, a large dining area, good size living room, three flat screen TVs (one 65" screen in Living Room and one 43" screen in each bedroom as well as internet service. Beach block location with nice ocean views, heated swimming pool and assigned parking. Recreation field, playground, ten basketball courts just across the street. Steps to beach and bay and lots of good restaurants nearby. A nice rental destination! ALL Merrimac Resort Rental Units are Smoke FREE both inside the unit and anywhere on the premises. Thank You.
