The modernly furnished, centrally located and adjacent to the wooded hills of the Granitz Apartment Lake (s) is looking for everything you need for your relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea with your family.
Enjoy beautiful hours of sunshine on your terrace with a beach chair, or enjoy your beach holiday with the free available beach chair on the beach.
The beautiful sandy beach and the promenade with its many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Due to the close location to the nature reserve Granitz and the Binzer beach, a quiet place to relax, but also an ideal starting point for many excursion possibilities.

Whether digging on the beach, trying out the water playground on Lake Schmachter, exploring the nature, swimming / Waveboardkurse, splashing in one of the nearby adventure pools, trips to adventure and theme parks ... even with children you will find something suitable in any weather.
Your car is protected by us in the underground car park and your bicycles can be parked safely in the bike room.
You will be welcomed and instructed personally on site.
For questions and problems we are always available personally on site.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay! Ausstattung und Einrichtung gut und komplett. WC im Bad für Erwachsene zu klein und zu niedrig, da auf Kinder abgestimmt! Der Fahrradkeller im Objekt war oft überfüllt, das Einfahren in und insbesondere das Hinausfahren aus der Garage erfordert viel Umsicht! Ungeübte Fahrer sollten den Stellplatz besser nicht nutzen! Fahrradträger müssen unbedingt abgebaut werden!

Binz ist immer sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas schwierig und allein fast nicht zu schaffen. Sehr eng. Das Objekt ist sehr schön und ruhig.

Wohnen in gepflegter Anlage
Die Wohnung lag in einer angenehmen App.anlage mit schönem Innenhofgarten mit mediterranem Flair. Binz hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Inselerkundigungen. Auf der Terrasse fehlt noch ein Sonnenschirm, aber ansonsten ist alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden.

Erholsame Urlaubstage
Alles war perfekt. Netter Empfang durch die betreuende Agentur. Die Wohnung war schon mit allem vorbereitet und ausgestattet: Heizung an, Betten bezogen, alles für die ersten Tage ausgestattet (Spültaps, WC-Papier..etc. Ich habe schon in vielen Feriendomizilen Urlaub gemacht und war sehr angetan von der wirklich in allen Dingen super ausgestatteten kleinen Wohnung. Die Lage ist kurz-läufig zum Strand, aber auch zum Centrum. Man kann alles schnell fußläufig erreichen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Im großen Ganzen gut.
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Die Autos stellplätze sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die gesamte Anlage kann man so weiter empfehlen.

Die bisher beste FeWo die wir hatten. Alles was man erwartet hatte war vorhanden, angenehmes, wohnliches Ambiente. Fast wie zuhause :-). Wer hat schon einen Starndkorb auf der Terrasse und noch einen am Strand, perfekt zum entspannen. Die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe mit anschließender Einweisung war super. Sei es Abfallentsorgung, Fahrradabstellplatz oder nutzen der Tiefgarage. Tiefgarage, auch das war kein Problem, die Angabe max. 1,5 Meter Höhe bezieht sich auf Stellplätze der unteren Ebene, unsere Wohnung hatte einen Stellplatz "oben" , bis 1,8 Meter Höhe, abstellen war kein Problem. Mein Tipp, vorher klären welcher Stellplatz der Wohnung zugeteilt ist. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat allerdings recht wenig Platz in den Schränken. Ärgerlich finde ich, dass im Treppenhaus ein Hinweis zur Mülltrennnung ist, dann doch alles in eine Tonne geworfen werden soll. Die Anzahl der Handtücher ist etwas geizig. Für eine Woche ein weißes Handtuch ist echt zu wenig. Das kenne ich anders. Der Blick auf die Baugerüste war nicht wirklich schön. Die Zusage, dass die Anfang der Woche abgebaut werden, wurde nicht eingehalten.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Ein zweiter Satz Handtücher bei einer Woche Aufenthalt sollte allerdings Standard werden. Trotzdem gerne immer wieder.

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil
Schöne Wohnung, mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung (z.B. kostenloses und schnelles WLAN), vor allem wenn man mit Kind reist. Besonders praktisch der eigene Strandkorb am Meer und an der Wohnung. Da lohnt es sich auch mal nur für 2 Stunden an den Strand zu gehen. Guter Kontakt zum Verwalter . Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

kleines feines Ferienappartement, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist
Mein Mann und ich haben 10 wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement verbracht. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen; auch durch den Strandkorb an der Wohnung sowie am Strand kann man sich richtig gut erholen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen und auch selber wieder kommen.
