Very clean and spacious two bedrooms and two bathrooms with all modern and updated amenities.
Beautiful deck the house is located in a quiet suburban area close to several restaurants and shops . The basement apartment has a separate entrance and sometimes there are guest in the basement apartment. Guest are expected to be quiet or keep the noise to a minimum knowing that there are other guests in the building

Safe and secure area close to everything

This stay was exactly what we were looking for on our work trip to the area. Excellent parking, easy check in and accurate description of property. Can’t be the price to amenities.

Nice deck; great grill and yard.

Location was great; busy street. Comfortable beds; wonderful master bath and laundry room. There is an apartment underneath which we didn’t realize, but there was minimal noise, so it was okay. Overall, very good! We would stay again.

Comfortable place excellent location

The home was comfortable and was located in a great location. Owner described property accurately. Our only concern was there were guests in the garden apartment and their child was very loud. We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom.

There were some very nice and special aspects and some that really need tending to. The dining room table and tableware in cabinet were lovely while in the kitchen there were only two small coffee mugs. The description said breakfast was provided. It wasn't.The cleaning supplies were not eco-friendly. The bathrooms were beautiful and the upstairs bidet was great! There was no door on the upstairs bathroom.The bedrooms had no bedside tables or lamps so to turn off the lights, one had to get out of bed and turn off the ceiling light.We never did figure out the TV even though we are techies.The description of the house stated that we had the whole house. They recently added a poorly soundproofed basement apartment and we could hear all conversations. Also, the way the basement apartment's parking space was located, we could not see both ways when exiting on to the busy road.

Homey stay

The home was nice and felt very homey. The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay.

1+ week visiting family

The property is as described so I give this stay a 5/5! It was a great location, easy to get to Clifton Park/Saratoga with lots of restaurants and stores very nearby. The fenced in yard was great for the dog and a main reason we wanted this spot. A light for the deck would be a great addition. The rooms do get hot so keeping the ac on in August was needed. Took about an hour to cool off when we got in. I had to work while I was there and had no issues with zoom calls on the WiFi.

Adorable Home & Great Location!

The house was the perfect location for our stay, home was welcoming and charming. This was our first time renting a home via VRBO and the hosts answered all our questions and were more than accommodating. Great restaurants and a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance. Loved that we could bring our furry people and have them play in the fenced in backyard. - Thank you!

Charming accommodations

This is an older home, tastefully redecorated. Only negative is musty, damp smell towards back of home. Possibly dehumidifier required in basement? Upstairs bedroom suite was immaculate. All necessities were provided. Downstairs accomodations very comfortable. Best part is the location! Quiet, secure neighborhood within short distance of many restaurant and shopping amenities! 8 minutes from Albany airport and easy access to Interstate. Owners reached out to ensure we were comfortable. A pleasant stay .

Overall nice experience

House is small but inside is very nice. Two beautiful bathrooms. Well stocked with supplies. My only two issues were the instructions for check in weren’t explicit enough. They didn’t specify that we had to enter through the side door and exit through the front door. They also need more comfortable furniture in the living room. It’s the only room to sit and watch tv and there’s only a small loveseat and two formal chairs. Other than that we were happy with everything. Perfect for a dog too with the fenced in backyard.

Cute property

Overall, the stay was good. Rooms were adequate and bed was comfortable. Location was close to shopping which is helpful, but the neighborhood can be noisy as there is a lot of traffic and it is within close proximity to a fire station. ***Getting knit-picky here*** Some torn window shades and dirt on windowsills made me pause. A fresh coat of paint would help the overall look of the space. Some bathroom fixtures in the lower bathroom were broken and kitchen could have been furnished with a few more glasses and coffee mugs. Since I was by myself, it was fine but a family would have needed more.

Trip to Latham

The house was not ready for occupancy. Driveway lacked appropriate signage. Car got stuck and had to be towed. Light switch in upstairs bathroom broken. Hot water not controlled. Bed rooms had no reading lights or chairs. No pepper shakers. Only one small fry pan. Etc etc

Incorrect description

I rented this place because of the location and especially because it was advertised have a hot tub and a communal pool. I was severely disappointed to not have the hot tub as that was the one amenity I really wanted..when I asked the owner , she blamed it on VRBO. The temperature of the house was extremely hot. There was a small air conditioner in the bedroom window but it just couldn't keep up. If I had known all of this , I would've chosen another location or a hotel. I believe I should receive a refund of at least part of the fee. Also, when I tried to put my clothes into the drawer on the bedroom, I found a baggie with marijuana and a pipe to smoke it as well as some unknown pills! Not cool!! I was very offended. I also took a photo of the items in the drawer
