Fantastic View!!

The unit that we stayed in was great for us. It provided everything we needed. The building and outside areas were kept cleaning and appealing looking. We would certainly choose to stay there again.

Perfect proximity to beach. A little dated. Washcloths not provided with towels. Elevators weren't always working. Bed comfortable. Would stay again.

We had a great time. This condo is as listed and we enjoyed staying here. The only tiny thing is there are no rugs so it was a little uncomfortable when walking around on cold floors. We will stay again! Thank you!

Just as expected

Long weekend at the FUDS volleyball tournament this place was perfect to walk to the venue along the beach. Condo was exactly as listed and very comfortable with beach front balcony and great pool.

Amazing Spring Break Retreat

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo for our spring break vacation the first week of April 2023. You cannot beat the location of this condo, as you are just steps away from the sugary sand of Fort Walton Beach, with unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 4th floor! The condo was very clean, and it was set up perfect for our family of 4. The condo resort was also very nice (aside from one elevator not functioning), and with it being a smaller resort, it did not feel busy at all. We walked down the beach to the pier a few times during our week, as it is only a 10 minute walk. There are a lot of restaurant options close to the condo, as well as down by the pier. I would highly recommend this condo!

Excellent Experience

Property and room were well maintained and you absolutely could not beat the proximity to the beach. View of the ocean from the room balcony was beautiful and the overall experience was excellent.

Great getaway.

We so enjoyed our stay so much. The unit was exactly as described with no surprises. We had our 8 year old grandaughter who loved the pool and beach. The beach was close with easy access which was important for grandparents. Location is great with close to plenty of good places to eat. The beach was clean and not crowded. This is one of those places I can honestly say there is not anything I can think of to improve it. We want to return next year..

Great Condo and location

Sea Oats Condo

Condo has a Great view of ocean and beach. Good for children, nice pool area. Interior of the condo is looking dated although bed very comfortable. The wood laminate Floors were warping, dishwasher interior rusty with broken pegs. The owner quickly responded to any questions.

Great stay!

This property unit was very nice and spacious and great gulf front view. The floor was tiled and laminated hardwood in the rooms-good for our family with disabilities (wheelchair/walker). It was easy to get around with my dad's wheelchair. There are basic kitchen essentials for cooking/baking. I liked that they had shelving stand in the kitchen for pantry items. One thing that I would like to see replaced is the dishwasher machine. It was very old, many of the spikes were missing with corrosion (rust).

Me and my family has been coming to vacation in Fort Walton Beach for many years now. We fell in love with the gorgeous emerald water and the snow white sand. Truly amazingly beautiful beach. It was my dream to one day to have a place like that of my own. And now we can enjoy it ourselves and share our happy place with others.

Why they chose this property

The view is everything! The direct view from the balcony to the beach when having your breakfast, or afternoon walks on the beach to the peer when the sun is setting- transcends you into a relaxing world. The easy access to the pool, shopping, and dining does not require one to drive.
