The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 50 m² house in the commune of Pordic which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 150 m². Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows :
Ground floor :
- 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor :
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower, wc

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside :
- A lovely 150 m² enclosed garden
- A 4.5 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather

The house is ideally located in Pordic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
Visits, beaches, cycling and walking trails

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park near the accommodation.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. Wood logs NOT COMPRESSED. Length 30 cm.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), payment on site to the concierge.
End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
