This Immobiliie leaves little to be desired! On 80 sqm you will find two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom gelegenem with shower, bidet and double sink. The second bathroom also offers a space for the washing machine. Wohnzimmmer and kitchen are top quality furnished and equipped. Air conditioning ensures cooling in the house on hot days. On the spacious sun terrace there is a barbecue, which invites you to cozy gatherings. The large private swimming pool offers refreshment, if you do not go once to the golden beach of Costa Calma, the min approx 15th Walk away. A small supermarket is about 5 minutes walk; more shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes. on foot.

Hervorragend!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Der Check-in war auch super freundlich. Können es aufjedenfall empfehlen, immer wieder gerne!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ferienhaus ist toll ausgestattet. Fehlte uns an nichts. Tolle Terrasse mit Grill, toller Pool, der nicht tief ist und daher top für Kinder ist. Haus war sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert. Reibungsloser Checkin, sogar in Deutsch.

Objekt etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Leider ist von den einst schönen Pflanzen um die Terrasse nicht mehr viel übrig. Fliesen und Beeteinfassung auf der Terrasse vereinzelt kaputt. Im Pool löst sich die Folie aus der Umrandung. Leider sind nicht alle Fenster mit Fliegenschutz (Küche, Schlafzimmer) ausgestattet. Besteck und Küchenutensilien müssen mal aussortiert bzw. aufgefüllt werden. Bei einigen Matratzen spürt man ohne zusätzliche Unterlage die Ferderkerne auch die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist schon teilweise durchgesessen. Die Mechanik an einem Badfenster ist gebrochen so das man dies nicht mehr ankippen kann. Eigentlich alles nichts tragisches mindert aber leider den ansonst schönen Gesamteindruck. Hervorheben möchten wir die gute Betreuung vor Ort vom Checkin bis Checkout. Besten Dank und liebe Grüße an Manuela

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Da uns der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus so gut gefallen hat, möchten wir uns auf diesem Weg für die schöne Zeit bedanken! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, der Pool und die Sonnenliegen ein Traum, die Ausstattung in der Küche hervorragend und der Wein zu Begrüßen sehr lecker! Super vakantie gehad

Super huisje alles wat je wenst voor een vakantie. Van alle gemakken voorzien van wasmachine en vaatwasser zijn aanwezig. Toen de airco lekte hebben we het eerste nummer gebeld dat we hebben ontvangen en binnen no time hebben ze de airco gemaakt. Super service. Zwembad wordt schoongemaakt. Kleine supermarkt ligt op 5-10 min lopen. Grote supermarkt ligt in het dorp een auto is dan wel wenselijk aangezien het huisje in de bergen ligt. De wegen zijn goed bereikbaar en te voet ook goed wandelbaar, maar om naar het strand te lopen moet je een echte wandelaar zijn. Pizzaria Hawaï voor de beste pizza, fuerte action bar voor heerlijke hamburgers of burrito's en mama Mia voor lekkere pasta's.

Tadellose Unterkunft, wir verbrachten dort eine entspannte Zeit. Lediglich der Verkehr der tatsächlich sehr nahe gelegenen „Autobahn“ störte tagsüber ein wenig. Am Abend und in der Nacht war es hingegen ruhig.

fast 5 sterne

klasse aufenthalt mit meinem sohn, wir waren zum kiteboarden da. die wohnanlage ist gross und geraeumig und sauber, der pool war klasse, auch den grill und die kueche haben wir genutzt. bei der uebergabe wurde das WiFi passwort nicht weitergegeben und die seitentuere zum pool nicht geoeffnet. ausserdem war die aussendusche versandet und das wasser lief nicht ab. uns wurde versprochen, dass dies am naechsten tag repariert werden wuerde, ist aber nicht geschehen. das war aber die einzige beanstandung (daher keine 5 sterne). ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefuehlt, und die besitzer waren sehr aufmerksam und haben schnell reagiert. wir wuerden dieses haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Estancia Fabulosa

El alojamiento dispone de TODO, Absolumantamente TODO para que disfrutes de tu estancia. Desde el Aire Acondicionado en el Salón hasta un lavavajillas pasando por una piscina y unas tumbonas para tomar el sol y relajarte con la tranquilidad de la zona. Hasta el perro pudo disfrutar de la tranquilidad del sitio !!!! Si tuviera que mejorar en algo sería en poner la TV con canales en español, ropa de cama ( dispone de edredones cubre camas ) y almohadas acorde al sitio.

Sommerurlaub 2020

Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Es hat alles gepasst und alles war stimmig, von der Ankunft und Übergabe bis zur Abreise. Während unseres Aufenthalts ist eine Abdeckung am Pool kaputtgegangen, diese wurde innerhalb von zwei Tagen ersetzt. Hervorragend.

Relaxing stay

Lovely quality property in residential area, set back from the coast but with sea view nonetheless. Large sun terrace for dining el fresco and enjoying the pool. Only recommendation would be for there to be a welcome guide to the property provided, to include essential info eg refuse disposal,, how to access wi-fi. A broom/ dustpam and brush would also be good! However, these are only little things and did not detract from a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

First time in Costa Calma

We visit Fuerteventura ever year and this was our first visit to Costa Calma. Just one hour drive from the airport. Beautiful beaches and mountain views. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Quite and peaceful villa complex. The WiFi did play up on one occasion due to new and updated systems but it was rectified by the helpful and efficient staff Frank and Marina. There are no English TV channels but we could stream English tv when we needed to but with the beautiful views, wonderful sunshine and relaxing atmosphere, TV was not the top priority. The villa does need a bit of TLC in places, but there is a beautiful on suite bathroom and the beds are comfy.

Top Ferienhaus zum Entspannen!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und hat zum verweilen am Pool mit Blick auf das Meer eingeladen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig... Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sind lediglich die Matratzen im kleineren Schlafzimmer. Costa Calma war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Strände in näherer Umgebung sind ein Traum! Wir waren sehr mit dem Check-In Vorgang zufrieden und wir würden freundlich begrüßt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Mejorable

La estancia en la casa ha sido buena, pero consideramos que podría mejorarse en algunos aspectos. Primero decir que en la información que se nos da de la misma no pone en ningún sitio que solamente se ven canales alemanes, al ser canarios creo que deberían de habernos informados. En cuanto a la ropa de cama y utensilios de cocina creemos que deberían renovarlos, fundas de almohadas estropeadas, fundas de nórdicos manchadas y sábanas rotas. Las sartenes estropeadisimas y el calentador que había no tenia mango. En uno de los baños no había cortinas en las ventanasy se veía todo por la parte del jardín. La ventana de la cocina no se puede abrir porque choca contra grifo. En fin, no para repetir.

Superb Villa

A lovely villa with everything you could need. Super main bedroom and ensuite especially. Outside area was great just as on photos. Lots of extras there to use which was really useful. We used BBQ one night which worked well. Apartment is close enough to bakery and restaurants including trip advisors no 1 restaurant in Costa Calma which is an excellent pizza place. Would definitely stay again if in costa calma. Just one point the wifi is very good but TV is german channels only so ask if this is a problem. Super private parking space too. Very happy!! Thanks
