We had a wonderful stay on Singer Island. The unit was large and had been newly renovated. Large living area and nice patio. Literally, just across the street from the beach. It was a delightful stay.

1st time in Palm Beach

This rental was perfect for my family's quick get away. Very clean comfortable and modern, and had all the supplies we needed during our stay. Loved the location, we parked the car and never left except for a short drive for snorkeling. We will definitely be back! Thank you to our host for a fabulous vacation!

After another VRBO host cancelled my reservation I was able to book this property. It was a blessing in disguise. Everything here was seamless . Contact with host was easy and helpful, property clean and well appointed with more that we expected. Perfect for our needs. Hope to be back next year.

Clean and by the beach

This place is exactly as described. It is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is only a few blocks from nice restaurants for both adults and children. You can ask for a better locale to get to the beach. Walk across the street and you’re at the boardwalk out to the sand.

This property was everything and more! They thought of everything, stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, etc. next visit I know what I can leave at home. Also had this cool backgammon table we were going to buy dice for so we could play but never got around to it with all the other fun things to do. fabulous patio out back to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Short distance walk to restaurants and beach. We might just have found our yearly visiting place. Love the area. Thank you so much in ensuring all the comforts of home

AMAZING EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND MORE

I cant say enough about this Air B&B. I rented 2 of them, and they were next to each other, which was a +. 100% accurate on its photo's. Everything was 100% accurate on the website. Everything in the unit was Top Quality! from the snack welcome gifts to the bedding, Towels and Blankets, and Bathroom supplies. You did not have to worry about forgetting personal supplies here. Everything you would think of getting in an upscale Hotel resort was supplied here. This unit is my go to on singer island. The only downfall was the fee's doubled the rental price. But after staying here it was well worth the extra $$.

Last-minute booking…

I’ve been visiting Singer Island for over 20 years, so I knew the exact location of this property. The reason I chose this property was bc of it’s proximity to the beach, (it’s as close to the water as the hotels that are beachfront) safe neighborhood setting suitable for families with small children and strollers, etc., as well as the short walk to restaurants, convenience stores, and good cycling and running. The unit/building itself is older, with updated baths and kitchen, close to unit parking, easy check-in, and great communication with the rental company and property manager. I had one small issue with the microwave and am only mentioning it as a way to praise the response time/professionalism of the house manager. Everything you need is in the unit to get you started…kitchen and bathroom supplies, bath/beach towels, and chairs and boogie boards, too. The unit has plenty of space to be together as a group, but also to find your own space as well. Everything was recently cleaned and the washer/dryer in the unit was super convenient if you want to pack lightly and wash as you go. There were occupants (a young family with little kids and another group of 4 women) in the other units that were seen, but rarely heard, which was nice. The price was right-equivalent to a room at the Hilton a half mile north on the same beach, but you were afforded much much more in this space as opposed to the single hotel room. It’s not fancy, it’s beachy, but depending on what you’re after for your own situation, could def work for you, and I would book again with this company and in the same unit. ;)

Awesome beach townhouse

We love this little town house across the street from the beach so much this is the second year returning (we are South Floridians so it takes a lot to impress us). The place is clean and located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We will be returning.

You can't beat this location - walking distance to shops & restaurants, right across the street from the beach - fantastic! Safe & quiet neighborhood, a very relaxing retreat for our long weekend away! Condo has everything you need - most awesome to have beach chairs & umbrellas!! Condo was comfy & clean - only suggestion is that sliding doors were difficult to open/close and in dire need of cleaning - could barely see out of the front bedroom. Overall - a terrific place!!

The property is a great location and the interior upgrades are lovely. The owners are very attentive and responsive. My adult children stayed at the condo and the only complaint was the uncomfortable mattresses and the single size fold out that was exceedingly uncomfortable.
