5 stars! Great place to stay; we really enjoyed our annual ski trip & the home is roomy, beautiful & comfortable. Host was excellent and available as needed. We highly recommend this property.
Awesome home conveniently located near the canyons. A short walk down the hill to the lifts, shops and restaurants. Owners were a pleasure to deal with promptly answering questions and providing recommendations for places to eat and visit. Will book again I’m sure.

The landlord sent us the WRONG front door entry code , so we were locked out upon arrival. We called the phone number she posted on VRBO, and it was a wrong number. We were stuck until, luckily, we were able to reach her by VRBO message. Her response was "Oh, that's not the right entry code," and "Oh, VRBO must not have updated our phone number on the site." (What if we had arrived at midnight as originally scheduled?)
The landlord's pre-visit instruction was to find the wifi password on the kitchen wall. Nope. We had to contact them to get it.
On the third evening, my wife was pulling open the kitchen freezer door and it's wood panel covering fell off and almost smashed her foot. The landlord said "The freezer door seals extra well because it's Sub Zero so your wife must've yanked on it like the Incredible Hulk." My awesome wife is 5'1" 65 years old and was on the trip to help her recover from Stage 3 cancer.
The landlord chose to insult my wife to my face, instead of ensuring that when you pull on her freezer door handle, the freezer simply opens, instead of attacking you.
The landlord promised to get in touch with us the next day to get the freezer door repaired and also to repair the non-functioning jets in the master br jet tub. She then blew us off the rest of the trip and never contacted us again.
The "luxury" master br had a big cardboard box stored in it right along the wall, as well as bare wires hanging out the bottom of the tv, a missing dresser drawer handle, a jet tub with non-working jets, and a toilet brush in its bathroom that was so disgusting, I won't describe it.
The kitchen had a broken sink sprayer button and blew breakers when you used some of the appliances, with no instructions on how to re-set the breakers.
One of the guest bedrooms had a broken closet rod just laying against the wall out in the open.
This was a "luxury" rental?

We needed a ski in/out with solid WiFi for our week of skiing coupled with a little online work. This place was perfect! The host was very responsive but not needed really. Everything was as advertised.
Great property for a large family. Plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and in good shape. Even in December, we had enough snow to ski directly from the slope back to the house. Highly recommend the property!
Couldn’t ask for a better Park City ski in/ski out location! Condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and perfect for families. The owners, Craig and Brad, we’re great to work with and made sure everything went seamlessly . Can’t wait to return!
This property was perfect for our annual ski trip to Park City. The architecture and design of the unit makes it feel more like a house than a condo. Each floor has high vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood details, and a true alpine feel. Of all the condos in the area, I would say this is the best.
I didn't give a full five starts for a few reasons, many of which can be easily remedied. First, let me say, Craig is on the spot with any issue. He replaced dirty placements, provided a new coffee maker and pyrex dishes at our request. We didn't want to overload him, but the kitchen could use a good inventory of pots and pans, teaspoons, and other basics. We are family that loves to cook in after a long day on the slopes, so we found the kitchen supplies a bit lacking. The appliances, however, are great! Wolfe and Subzero. Secondly, the the stereo and TV are non-compliant with modern blue tooth technology. The main tv in the living area is small and the we could not get music to stream from our phones. We ended up ordering a blue tooth speaker from Amazon!
Other than a request to replace bed pillows (flat and tired) from all here, the place was wonderful. The beds are super comfortable. Great views and a quick walk to the base. It is possible to ski out of the condo and ski back in (with instructions as its a tad tricky). It's also easy to valet skis and walk back to condo if you finish at the ski beach area.
Be aware there is no hot tub on site.
I stay here again and would highly recommend. Like I said, 5 stars to me is absolute perfection, and this unit could be that with a few updates. Enjoy!
This was the perfect place for our family of nine! Ski in /Ski out was easy thanks to an abundance of snow. The condo was lovely and very well equipped, and there was indoor parking for two cars. Would definitely stay there again!!!
Great ski property. Craig was super responsive and great to deal with. We had a father son ski trip and this place was perfect. Never needed a car.

Great home and location.
Brad and Craig were very attentive to requests and feedback. Unit is fantastic with ski in/out access. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Craig communicated clearly about some minor mechanical issues that were in the process of being repaired so that there were no surprises. Layout was great for two families. I would definitely rent this unit again.
Only suggestion to owners would be to get a bigger TV for living room. It’s too small for the space and hard to watch a movie on it.

Spring Break
We had a great time staying here for spring break. We lucked out with great snow conditions and we're able to ski in and out right across the street. There were a few bumps like the dishwasher had issues, but we had a blast. I'd highly recommend staying here.

A very nice place to stay
The place overall was extremely nice. We only ate out once, so it was great that the kitchen was well stocked with commonly used items. For example, there was sugar, flour, spices, soy sauce, vinegar, peanut butter, jelly, and the list just goes on and on. The beds were all comfortable and the linen and towels were a nice quality. Plenty of extra towels. Lots of space for people to spread out. One of the shower mechanisms was broken, but when we mentioned it there was a plumber out the next day.
We were requested not to walk around in our shoes and ski boots, and they had great places for storing everything as you entered. Also, good storage for skis and snow boards in the garage. There is an apartment below ours, but there were not any noise issues that we noticed.
A few things to be aware of:
- the ski in/ski out was easy enough, but I would not have a beginner do it. We were all intermediate skiers and did not have any problems with it. Getting out is easy enough. Climb a 3 foot snow berm, then ski down to a tunnel that puts you at both the gondola and the orange bubble lift. Getting back is also easy once you learn the runs that you need, and then climb down the 3 foot berm. We had plenty of snow, so no issue, but I could see the lack of snow making this a problem. The alternative is that you can also walk to/from the base in 4-5 minutes, but on the road.
- there is major construction uphill and downhill of the unit, so during the week there is lots of noise starting at 7:30am.
- the dishwasher did a minimal job, so we cleaned the dishes fairly well before putting them into the dishwasher.
- the bunk beds are a nice touch for kids, but I would not have adults stay in them. The lower one is a bit close to the upper one. Adults would be banging their heads.
We really enjoyed the place and would rent it again.

Very comfortable and spacious
We booked this location due to size and ability to ski in and ski out. The size was great and we had all the room we needed. The guest rooms each had their own bath and great bedding. The ski in/out was iffy. Skiing down to the gondola was fairly easy, but you did have to go under boundary ropes. Skiing in was more tricky due to the construction underway. Again you had to go under ski boundary ropes, construction areas, etc. Not ideal.
The kitchen area was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. and the appliances were great. But were missing a few key items, wine glasses.
The house had several maintenance issues that needed attention. Lighting not working in one of the guest rooms, burnt out bulbs in several of the bathrooms, sink's clogged, carpet stains. Additionally the TV in the main living area was very small and all the wires hanging off the TV made it look "very rigged". With a couple of calls and working with the owner, many of the issues were fixed in the first 24 hours.
All in all we had a great time, but the unit needs more attention to detail and a little more love.

The home was extremely comfortable and convenient. It exceeded our expectations.
The owners were interested in making sure that everything was comfortable and in good order for us. The home was conveniently located, being ski in - ski out at the Canyons and close to Park City and Kimball Junction. It was perfect for our three generation group. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

Solid, nice and convenient
We stayed there with 5 adults and 4 children between 2 and 9 years. The condo offers abundant of space and had all the amenities needed for our stay including a high chair and a crib for our 2-year old. The ski-in and ski-out works quite well as soon as you have figured out the way back and as long as there is sufficient snow on the ground which was not always the case during our stay (mid March). There were a couple of minor items that should be easy to fix: the temperature in the condo was very high but we were told not to change the setting for the heating. When we were told not to open the windows anymore due to a coming storm system it became really hot especially in the bedrooms upstairs. Two shower heads did not function, the dishwasher is quite old and not very effective and the cleanliness of the condo when we moved in was not overwhelming. The tiny TV screens and the power and antenna cables arrangement seem out of time and place. All in all it was a good experience and worked very well for our Park City vacation.

Great property , but you gotta walk ...
Property is really good , spacious , comfortable , nice furniture , appliances , bedding . Good communication with the owner and the manager of the property . Missing some light bulbs but nothing major . About being a ski in and ski out , we expected not to walk more than few steps and this is something that was a little surprise , you can leave the house skiing but you gotta walk your way back to the house . Other than this , it's a tremendous property that we really loved and recommend .

Perfect home for multiple families
We had two families consisting of a total of 11 people (7 kids) stay at the house. It was perfect with the bunk bed room and lots of space everywhere. We found the kitchen to be stocked with amenities that made everything easy. The location is wonderful and once we found the shortcut through the tunnel it made it a breeze to get down to the gondola and ski school. We never rented a car and were able to mainly use public transportation. Brad was a great help leading up to the trip as well. Big bonus were the radiant floors. Would highly recommend this rental property!

About the host
Hosted by Melissa Riesenberg
When we saw this property we couldn't believe it. Usually the best land closest to the ski run was developed long ago. In this case it was developed late in the game and we happened to be in the right place at the right time. We are thrilled to offer this prime condo for others to enjoy as well.
Why they chose this property
We bought this condo because it was simply the best location on the mountain and large enough to house two families comfortably. When you see it you will understand.
What makes this property unique
If you and your family love to ski like we do there is nothing that compares with true ski in ski out. Want to get a different hat, a warmer jacket, want to get rid of one layer, want to stop by the bathroom, want to swap your board out for your skies. You can do all of these things and many more without missing a run. At the end of the day no trudging to the car and changing in the parking lot, just hang your skis and boots on the rack and flop down in one of our leather chairs and share stories about the day.
