Wood stove. Balcony + sheltered balcony-terrace + terrace + sloping ground. Access by a 2 km driveable stone road with car parking 200 m from the chalet (or 20 mins on foot / private parking at the start of the trail from Le Plan) Typical 1900 alpine chalet renovated in the heart of nature in the heart of the alpine pastures on the road to the famous Col des Aravis. Magnificent preserved setting of meadows and forests. Absolute calm. Good comfort. Balcony + sheltered balcony-terrace + large exposed terrace. Vast natural land. Very beautiful unobstructed view of the massif.
