The house is located in the Riverland Terrace neighborhood. It's walking distance the the redesigned Charleston Municipal Golf Course also just minutes to Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. If you are a golfer there are plenty of options and you are close to the famous Ocean Course home of the 2021 PGA Championship

Perfect wedding weekend!

Booked this precious house for a wedding in Charleston. House was perfect! Convenient to beach and downtown. Very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor area and safe yard for the children to play. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Christmas in Charleston

We gathered with family to kick off Christmas week. The location was perfect. It’s a quiet neighborhood, convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house is even better than described/pictured. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. We will most definitely book again.

Christmas in Charleston

Plenty of room for us and my sister’s family. Extremely close to my father in Bishop Gadsden (just had to time travel around the Christmas Lights nearby). Owners were extremely responsive. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Charming in Charleston

Our stay at Charming in Charleston was wonderful! The house was extremely clean and stocked with towels when we arrived. Location is great to get downtown and to the beach within 15/20 minutes. The hosts excellent communication made our travel seamless. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, well equipped!

I brought my children and 2 of their friends for a Charleston trip. The house is perfect for a group spending time together. The boys loved having the bunk room with extra bed to stay in together. The yard and porches were perfect for spending time outside, and loading/unloading from excursions. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were even beach supplies. Also, it was the EASIEST check out instructions of any house I’ve ever rented which is a huge bonus at the end of a trip! I travel to Charleston often and will definitely stay again.

It truly is charming in Charleston!

Look no further! This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on John’s island. The house was clean, stocked and comfortable! My husband and I along with our 4 adult boys were in town for a family wedding. We enjoyed pickleball at a local park, walking around downtown Charleston and playing cards at night. The owner is quick to respond to your needs and even let us check in early! Great weekend!

Favorite Family Vacation Spot!

Our family has stayed at this property twice now and we all made the collective decision that Charleston has our hearts and this house will be the place we make the memories from now on! Property is perfect location - 15 mins to downtown, 15 mins to Folly Beach. Quiet neighborhood. House is very clean and well stocked. Cute and comfortable! I especially enjoy morning coffee on the porch. Communication with owner is prompt and professional. Looking forward to our next visit!
