This lovingly updated condo is a great choice for your Breck getaway: It’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Guests also have access to seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. You’ll love this place!
Timbernest Summit Escape is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom premium condo that’s perfect for small families or groups of up to four people. The living area features a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, along with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. Step out onto the deck to be surrounded by pines and take in the mountain air. The gorgeous, remodeled kitchen features quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, a coffee bar with a coffee maker plus espresso and Keurig options, a backsplash with hand-made Moroccan zellige tile, and a cozy dining area with a marble dining table and seating for six.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
