Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Bondy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Cinema, library
- Bondy woods 300 m away
- Walk along the Canal de l'Orque 200 m away
- In summer, the town installs an artificial beach along the Canal de l'Orque, and organises boat trips in Paris across the Canal de l'Orque to the Cité de Science.
