In the centre of Val Claret, in a sunny position residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis, central heating system. Shopping centre 150 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 150 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental, ski school, sled run. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 50 m. Hiking paths: Parc National de la Vanoise. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. Fr7351.345 is situated on the same property. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.

Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

    Très mauvais couchage qui a fini par casser ( kz bon marché), qui ne convient pas à un couple. L’appartement en configuration actuelle convient à 3 personnes maxi. Fuite dans la douche au niveau des joints! Baies vitrées non changées donc très bruyant Points positifs : très bien situé au niveau des pistes, très clair et vue sur la montagne. Équipe Interhome sympathique

    L'appartement est trop petit pr une famille de 4 personnes, la nuit nous avons du mal à dormir car trop de bruit dehors les fenêtres et les vitre sont vétustes et mal entretenues 'vitre fissurée, fenêtre se bloque ' vaisselle mal nettoyée, tapis de douche oublié dans la machine à laver par les précédents vacanciers. Difficile de récupérer les clés car nous n'avons pas eux le nom et l'adresse de l'agence a l'avance.

    ISOLATION A REVOIR ON ENTENT UN PEUX LES VOISINS ET SUR LA RUE SI NON BELLE APARTEMENT

    Location correcte mais totalement déservie par le vacarme continuel jusqu'aux petites heures du matin car se trouvant à moins de 15 m , sur l'unique route et trottoirs menant aux bars et boites de nuit de Val Claret. Dès 22h vous héritez sous votre fenêtre et ce jusque 24h de toutes les personnes parlant haut et fort s'y dirigeant et vous les retrouvez de 01h à 05h du matin au retour , complètement désinhibées par l'alcool , chantant à tue -tête, rigolant , criant , gueulant et se disputant. Très mal isolé , on voit l'extérieur par les fentes des chassis , vous bénéficiez aussi des propriétaires de l'appartement voisin qui font également la fête tous les soirs jusqu'aux petites heures malgré rappel à l'ordre. Ce vacarme incessant est d'ailleurs repris dans les commentaires des locataires précédents et laissés sur place dans un cahier....et jurant qu'ils ne reprendront plus cette location . A noter que sur d'autres sites de location , cet emplacement à Tignes Val Claret cf studios aux bâtiments les TUFS est mentionné comme ne convenant pas aux personnes voulant du calme vu le "caractère festif de l'endroit"
