Apartment 1.5 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets. It is located at Crêt du Merle, 200 meters from the ski slopes. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, with a stop 400 meters from the chalet. Quiet with a good exposure and a very beautiful view.
LIVING ROOM of 20 m²: a sofa bed for 2 persons (140), a BZ sofa bed for 1 person (90), television, windows and French doors opening onto a terrace of 11 m². Terrace table and chairs in summer.
KITCHEN of 8 m² equipped: sink, 3-burner gas stove + 1 electric burner + oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with 200L freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliances, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment,
BATHROOM of 3 m²: sink, towel dryer, bathtub, separate toilet,
ROOM 1 of 10 m² 2 SINGLE BEDS (80), wardrobe, window,
LAUNDRY ROOM: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

- Pet allowed (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on-site.

- Caution bank card at key handover (500€)
- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, dish towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).

- End-of-stay cleaning, package based on the accommodation's surface area (€50 to €150), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
