Stunning 5 bedroom rental in the Gulf Coast section of Ocean City New Jersey. Enjoy this townhome without the worries of tenants upstairs or down. The rear of this home provides access to an outdoor shower, ample storage space and 2 parking spaces. As you enter the home on the first floor you are greeted by 4 well appointed bedrooms and a hallway full bath. Each bedroom on the first floor has a TV with Roku sticks. The first floor also has a full size washer and dryer. As you walk up to the 2nd floor you will be welcomed by an open floor plan kitchen with large center island, ideal for socializing. The center island has seating for 6 and the dining table has seating for 8. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and has everything you need for meal preparation and enjoyment. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, griddle, keurig and blender. A large sectional sofa in the living has plenty of seating along with a pull-out couch. Down the hallway you will find a well-appointed half bath. At the back of the 2nd floor, you will see the vaulted ceiling continue into the Master suite with a King bed and attached full bath. Outside the dinning area you will walk out to the sun-drenched patio where there is a dining table and 6 chairs for relaxing. Amenities this home has to offer.

Seamless and great experience/location!

This was the easiest process for a vacation rental. The house was beautiful and perfect for our extended family. The location was also great with proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The host couldn’t have been more responsive. Will definitely recommend this place.

Great location for a family vacation!

This beautiful vacation home was perfectly located and in walking distance to the OC beach and boardwalk. The house included everything that was needed to make many meals and to enjoy the nearby beach, bike the local neighborhood and boardwalk and gather together for meals. It made for a great family gathering place and would recommend to family and friends! Frank was very responsive and helpful when there were any questions before our trip. Beautiful vacation home and great location!

Great time at this location. Plenty of sleeping space, bikes, beach passes. So close to the beach. 4 stars for check in because we wanted to get in earlier! Haha we had a problem with one TiVo and the owner responded right away, scheduled assistance and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. We were very happy with our stay here! Thanks for the memories!

A GREAT week!

This was such a great house for the 10 of us, 4 adults/ 6 kids. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. Super close to the beach with all the amenities we needed. We contacted the owner for something mid week and he responded within minutes and we were all set to go! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

Charming Home

We had an amazing time during our recent stay at this lovely house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful amenities. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared recently remodeled. The host was friendly and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and promptly addressed any questions we had during our stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this VRBO rental for a relaxing getaway!

Love it!

We have no complaints about this rental. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We never had to move our car. Easy walk to the beach, boards, deli and ice cream. They had beach tags by the front door which is always a plus. The owner was easy to get in touch with. I definitely recommend.

Complete Comfort!

Frank's place was absolutely perfect for our extended family stay of 8 adults, 3 young adults, 2 teens, and 2 children. The home is well-equipped, neat, clean, and so so comfortable. The beds were comfy as well as abundant. Many beds but still plenty of space in the bedrooms. I loved how the rooms all seemed private due to the downstairs layout. The kitchen table accommodates many people and was a great gathering place. Our favorite in comfort was the large sectional. We loved it! The place is close to the beach and boards and just a few blocks from shops/food/games. Frank was a happy and helpful host. We couldn't have had a better place or experience. We are already talking about next year. Thanks Frank!!

Ocean City Vacay

We had a great vacation at this property on Central Ave. The location was ideal - close enough to walk to the beach and back if the kids needed a break from the sun. Loved the open kitchen/dining/family room. Large enough for all of us. The place was spit shine clean and has modern appliances that work well. Bathrooms are beautiful. Bonuses were the king-size washer and dryer and central air. We would recommend this house to anyone with a large family or group. Owner graciously allowed us to unload early when cleaning was complete. Communication was also great. Whenever I messaged the owner, he responded immediately.

This property is located in a beautiful area of Ocean City. The house was very well appointed with all the amenities of home. The owner was accessible and clearly communicated he was available if needed. I would highly recommend this home to vacationers.

Great Christmas getaway with family

Needed to find a location where my family could spend Christmas together. I've rented houses multiple times for the holiday, however, my stay was always in warmer locations. This year, I opted to check out places in NJ so that the travel was limited for most given the current economy. From the beginning, Frank the owner, was very responsive to my many text messages. He even accommodated us on moving our reservation out by a day and he allowed us to leave a little later than the check-out time. Regarding the house: it was very spacious for my family of 11 people. Except for the master bdrm, all of the other bdrm's had more than one bed and most of them were full/queen. The kitchen was well equipped and included eating utensils/dishes/pots. The absolute best was the fact that all of the bdrms had tv's with internet or firesticks which kept everyone happy. Overall, this trip was perfect. If I ever decide to spend Christmas in Jersey again and need a place for everyone, this will be my first pick.
