Enjoy the boxwood garden and have a relaxing time roasting marshmallows by the fire pit & enjoying the outdoor jacuzzi (open year-round) while listening to the calming sounds of nature. This property has an oversized back yard with plenty of space for kids to enjoy. Minutes away from Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Amagansett & Montauk, the location makes your stay easy and convenient to navigate the east end. 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room plus office and laundry room for an in-home complete experience! There are also two surveillance cameras outside the property.

Small pets allowed for a fee. No smoking. No parties. Must comply with town noise ordinances. Families/couples only.

Quiet and Cozy

Just hubby & I. Great fireplace and deck with very clean bubbly hot tub. Comfy king-sized bed. Kitchen was clean & functional with basics. Backyard appeared larger in pictures. Serene location

Perfect stay outside of the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. The house offered just what we needed a refugee from the city. With plenty of comfortable rooms for the six of us.
