This one-of-a-kind, stylish studio home located in Ashland Ohio is a real treat! Upon entering the home, you will find a modern eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, custom Amish made cabinetry, recessed and pendant lighting. Just off the hallway is a pristine, up-dated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also tucked away and off the hallway is a full-sized, stacked washer and dryer. The cozy living area is at the back of the home.. a queen size bed, a love seat and a larger flat screen tv. The aesthetics of this home are simple, yet chic and the upscale touches truly make this space inviting!

Small Town America at its Best

Very clean and comfortable. Great location to relax and experience some nearby fishing. Home could use a few more hooks to hang clothing, towels, etc.

The place was very clean and cute! Mary was great to work with and it was super convenient to Mt. Vernon Estates (wedding venue) for the wedding we were attending.

Amazing place

The place was perfect for two people, well equipped with everything from coffee to phone chargers. Lots of perfect little touches to make the stay amazing. Very clean and great communication with host. Front deck was super cute to sit on in the mornings. Location was very convenient as well.

Perfect Little Getaway

This house is the perfect getaway for 1-2 people and has everything you need. As an extra bonus, she left snacks and drinks for me. I would definitely stay here again because it was quiet and I could get work done.

Cute little house

I really enjoyed my stay at this cute little house. It was the perfect size for me, and the neighborhood was quiet so I could work. Everything looked brand new, and I appreciated the drinks and snacks she left for me. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved this quaint little gem. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Everything you could need was included. Even bottled water in the fridge. Would definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed. Ashland is a beautiful town with wonderfully friendly people and tons of great shops in downtown area as well as parks for relaxing

Wedding Weekend

The prooerty is clean and exactly as advertised. It was very close to the wedding venue. We enjoyed the quiet location and the front deck under the trees. It has everything you need! The chocolates, snacks, water, and Coke were a nice,added touch!

Lovely house

Played at local ball tournament and the house was 5 minutes from the park. House was small but very nice and had everything you would need. The neighborhood is a little suspect but everything went well.

This was the perfect "little" property! My son and dgt-in-law absolutely loved everything about it! It was very clean and very well stocked. The a/c worked beautifully in the hot humid weather. The special little touches by Mary were very appreciated. Great property and great host. They said this will be their go-to spot every time they come to Ohio! :)

Just as advertised… maybe better!

Sometimes listings lie, but not this one. Spot on! Reasonable price just a mile from Main Street shops and restaurants. Ashland College (will always be AC to me!) campus just up the hill beyond that. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Keurig coffee and coffee maker, some handy snacks, plenty of linens provided. Looks and smells nearly brand new. Minor dings: TV had an unfamiliar (to me) interface… but the place does have two of them. Bathroom sink a bit small, and bathroom could use more places to place toiletries… though that’s an issue at some hotels, too. I had to move the one bathroom table to the bedroom to put my suitcase on. Otherwise, cozy, great Wi-Fi, felt like home. Would book again in a heartbeat! ❤️

Comforts of home

Excellent place to stay in Ashland. Small but exceptionally appointed and comfortable. Bed was firm with soft, clean bedding. Kitchen well stocked with nice necessities. And all the small touches Mary put out to make us feel right at home was appreciated. When traveling to Ashland will always be my plan A if available.

This was just the best experience overall. The property was so cute. The property owner left a personalized handwritten welcome note which was such a nice touch. When I’m in Ashland in the future I’ll be sure to stay again!

Like Hilton!

Comfortable bedding, nice THICK towels, W/D, welcoming touches w/sodas & chocolate... we LOVED it! We were there for a race weekend so in late & out early both days but this place was perfect and will definitely return! I've stayed at Hiltons that were less cute with less amenities :0) This was perfect for the two of us.
