While staying at Lighthouse Livin', you will have an unobstructed view of Georgia's tallest Lighthouse. The beach access is located within a quick walk to Tybee's North beach public beach crossovers. The North beach crossovers have recently been renovated to include outdoor showers, brand-new restrooms, snack stands, museums, and the popular North Beach Grill.
“Lighthouse Livin'” is a Coastal retreat with large spacious screened-in and open-air porches with plenty of seating for dining and soaking in the relaxing island atmosphere. The living, kitchen, and dining area of the home are open with convenient access to the porches. The living room has plenty of seating and high-definition television. The fully appointed kitchen has updated appliances, a breakfast dining table, and additional dine-on counter seating—a more formal dining area with a large table and seating for your entire group. Conveniently located on the middle floor of the home is a 1/2 bath and spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer.
There are two bedrooms on the middle living floor. Each of these bedrooms has queen size beds and has access to a shared full-size jack and jill bathroom.
The primary bedroom suite is located on the top floor with a large ensuite bathroom, office area, and private porch with ocean views. The main suite has a king-size bed and a large attached bathroom with double vanity, a large jetted tub, and a stand-up shower. You will have expansive views of the Tybee lighthouse from the private suite porch.
On the ground terrace level is a bonus room with a twin bed and twin trundle and a queen sleeper sofa. The ground terrace bonus room has a smart TV. This home has additional televisions in the living room, bedrooms, and kid's room. One garage is available for your use; the other garage is locked for the Owners.
