Awesome place to get away from it all. Large kitchen, cooks dream. Open and spacious living room. Great for a big family or group of friends. Approximately 20 minutes from the north entrance to Sequoia/ Kings Canyon National Parks. THIS ENTRANCE IS CENTRALLY LOCATED BETWEEN THE TWO PARKS, MAKING OUR LOCATION PERFECT TO EXPLORE BOTH OF THEM.

This is a three bedroom, two bath home with spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. All bedrooms have queen size beds. For larger groups we have the above mentioned sleeping options. Having a large gathering? You can spill out into the yard too. Bring your tents and enjoy stargazing and sleeping with the sounds of nature. Cook inside, or outside on our gas grill. Make Moments! Make Meals! Make Memories!

Master bedroom/ensuite is located on one side of the house. Two other bedrooms and a bathroom are on the opposite end. We have all the essential utensils and appliances to cook. We normally have basic spices, but that can change depending on the last guests (Best to bring what you need).
WIFI provided, in case you need to work or stream your favorite shows. You can log into your streaming accounts on our TVs (Don't forget to log out).
10 acres to explore with a seasonal pond. Bring your fishing pole, but we ask that you catch and release for our other guests.
Centrally located between King's Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Perfect for exploring one park, resting up, and exploring the other.
There are no large grocery stores in the immediate area. Bring what you need from Fresno, Visalia or Sanger. There is a mini mart mentioned below as well as a market in the National Park at Grant Grove. To reach either, you are looking at a 15-20 minute drive down the mountain, or up into the park.
LAST STOP FOR GAS/MINI-Mart: Clingans Junction Valero 35468 E. Kings Canyon Rd, Yokuts Valley, CA 93675
Please reach out with any questions. There is too much to detail here: like the apple orchard that you are free to pick from, or the goats... and the list goes on.

Great location and views

Great location close to the entrance of Kings Canyon National Park. Location makes for excellent night sky views. Appreciated the detailed driving instructions to make it an easier drive to the residence.

Sequoia/King’s Canyon trip

Host was very thorough with directions and quick to reply to questions. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Backpacking jennie wilderness

We backpacked the jennie wilderness for several days and wanted a nice place to rest and cleanup after before we headed to san fran and the coast for a few days. Was perfect. Would recommend. If going to kings canyon this place is really close.

Great family stay near king canyon

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The communication from host was great and helpful as we had some concerns with road closures. The property itself is 25 minutes from king canyon entrance, shorter when 245 opens. The property was clean, spacious and very peaceful. Basic necessities were provided and we enjoyed watching tv, playing board games etc after days at the national park.

Andrew is great!

We originally planned to stay for two nights, but because of unforeseen circumstances on our end, were only able to stay for one. Andrew was incredibly accommodating and understanding and went above and beyond what I would have expected of a property manager! Through our communication, I was certain that I was dealing with a quality human being and wanted to make sure to leave a positive review of him! We had spent the day before at Sequoia and King’s Canyon NP and had a restful night here afterwards. We enjoyed a magnificent sunset and stargazing the night we stayed at this property.

The house was even better than expected. Much bigger than I expected. Very homey, clean and perfect location to go visit the Sequoia National Park. Andrew the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
