Beautiful inside, outside still needs some work.

The interior renovations are beautiful as is the exterior back deck. The backyard needs work and the dock is not safe for children. We were not given access to the study and 3rd bathroom which was disappointing since its listed as such in the description. The manager was responsive to questions. I would stay again as long as my son wasn't with me.

Great value for a great place

While the house may show its age relative to near properties, it has been updated. Was quiet, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. A good location - even able to walk to the farmers market & easy access to beach, groceries, and restaurants. Great price for a 2 bed 2 bath this time of year.

Great stay on Marco Island!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - nice, quiet neighborhood, easy walk or bike ride to beach. House is as shown. Very comfortable beds, fluffy towels and well equipped kitchen. We loved that the house is set on a canal with easy access to the gulf. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely book again!

PROS - nice neighborhood, easy check in and communication, master bedroom is separate from the other bedroom so a bit more privacy, some updates have been made to the house. CONS - older home that is still under construction and still being decorated, the living room furniture was extremely small and uncomfortable - and dining room table felt like it was a kids table. there are only 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - would not sleep 5 as stated in ad, probably would have been best to finish the house and landscaping repairs before renting - but served its purpose for us for a brief stay.

Great stay instead of Marriott

I was attending a conference at the Marriott and perferred the privacy and quite of a house to the hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and ideally located, only a mile or so from the Mattiott and the beach. I walk for exercise, and the property is in an ideal loaction for long, very safe walks any time of day or night. Also great biking and jogging area.
