The property exceeded our expectations for the price! Several upgrades have been made since the pictures in the listing ( I.e. furniture, TV, kitchen table). Beds were very comfortable! Great location to the dunes!
We always have a freat time at Silver Lake. Overall cleanliness seemed ok compared to sleeping in a tent. Cabin could use some TLC. Located on a very busy corner.
Everything was perfect, loved being on a corner. Host was exceptionally responsive and very nice. A little furniture updates would be nice but all in all great time. Plan a few days here just to find out what the password for rhe wifi is...hilarious!
This cabin is at a great location very close to the sand dunes. We were able to bring our dogs which was nice because we wouldn't have been able to take our annual trip to silver lake without being able to bring them. Looking forward to staying at this cabin again.

Perfect for us!
We had a great time as always and loved the cottage. It was a nice location and a perfect size for us. The place was clean and the owners were quick to respond if there were any questions. We definitely will be coming back!
I enjoyed my two night stay at this cute little cottage on Silver Lake. Very clean property. Everything you need is there. Great communication with the owner. Look forward to returning someday.
Usually, I book a campsite, but for ease, we booked our first VRBO, I love how convenient this is, the location was perfect. The view definitely made it memorable. It’

Memorial weekend
Beautiful view of the dunes, and close to the orv entrance. Water heater stopped working and the owner had a very prompt response time!
Overall a 5. Great view of the lake and sand dunes. We climbed the sand dune a short walk down the street, easy climb and breathtaking views. Very loud and busy corner but we enjoyed all the action. The only con is the corner bedroom mattress and the couch mattress were very uncomfortable.
It’s a 1/4 mile from dune entrance with a view of the lake and dunes. The house was below my standards but ok. Furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. Beds were decent was a plus. Water tasted bad and sewer smell coming from the shower pretty bad. I took a shower, but my wife wouldn’t. Heater worked, but super loud so you couldn’t leave it on. For the price I would stay there again to be close to the dunes.

Nice Cabin and Close to the Action
Stayed only two night and overall, had a great weekend getaway. Cabin was comfortable and had all the amenities as listed. I would however, warn future renters of the tap water. It’s well water and has high levels of sulfur. Taking a shower smells like rotten eggs and is tough to get through.
The cabin is also on a very busy road leading to the off-road sand dune area. If you’re coming with your Jeep for some off-road, it’s perfect! Otherwise, the roar of trucks and sand cars is pretty much non-stop from 8 am to 8 pm. I will say, the parade of machines is pretty neat.
