Why they chose this property

After looking for months to find the perfect retreat for our family, this home came on the market in Spring of 2021 and we jumped at the chance to make it ours! It is immaculate, airy, light filled, comfortable - just a perfect retreat.

What makes this property unique

Newly constructed 11 years ago on pylons. We renovated in 2024 adding a 4th bedroom, painted majority of interior and updated furnishings including a new cafe style stainless refrigerator in kitchen, main level en suite bath and a new Temperpedic mattress, new sectional sofa and ceiling fan in family room.
