- a living room with television
- a dining room with access to a south-facing balcony,
- a mezzanine with a desk and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed,
- a separate toilet,
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet,
- a first bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a private bathroom in the bedroom,
- a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed,
- a third bedroom with a 160x200 mezzanine bed and a 140 x 190 cm BZ sofa bed.
You have a space (free space) in the residence's parking lot.
