Modern 4BR Joshua Tree House w/ heated Pool!
Welcome! Our lovely 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located by California's Joshua Tree, which is best known for its stunning scenery and fascinating desert landscape. With room for up to 10 guests, our home boasts brand new bedding, brand new furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, a private hot tub and heated pool, and more. You’ll be one of our first guests! Sit outside and enjoy the lush scenery, and don’t forget to bring your camera--the sunsets here are breathtaking!
*** We take your health and the safety of our team very seriously and have put in extra processes to ensure our homes are thoroughly disinfected prior to each visit. Your safety and enjoyment of our home is our #1 priority! ***
This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and surrounding atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay, from making coffee in the morning to enjoying a glass of wine while looking out at the incredible sunsets.

There's no other place quite like Joshua Tree National Park. Visitors from all over the world come to visit its famous trees and stunning landscapes and hike and climb through its many trails.
There are a few different entrances to the Park, but the house is closest to the main one, WEST ENTRANCE, off Hwy 62. This house has an amazing location!

This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted.
—We service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.
—We have security cameras in the front and back of the home.
— No smoking is allowed inside or outside. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00 or more. Smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow.
— If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray.
— Pet fee - We welcome dogs at our place. There is a pet fee of $150 and $50 per additional dog.

Our game room comes with a fun pool table and 75-inch smart TV so you can watch and play at the same time. Our master bedroom and living room also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.
Three of the bedrooms have one queen, and the master bedroom comes with two queens. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.
The bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo, for your convenience.
While downtown has fun local restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. Our huge, fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need for a fun dinner with the group:
