Wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten in Artà

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Nur fünf MInuten zu Fuß in die kleine Fußgängerzone von Artà und 18 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den verschiedenen Calas im Nordosten (z.B. Canyamel, Cala Rajada etc.). In dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und die Schlüsselübergaben waren super unkpmliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Rustikaler Urlaub mit kl. Ärgernissen

Die gezeigten Fotos versprachen eine typ. mallorquinischen Urlaub, doch genauer hingesehen gab es zwar nur kleine , aber in Summe doch ärgerliche Dinge, die den Urlaub trübten. So war der angebotene Internetanschluss (wird jetzt nicht mehr offeriert) erstmal nicht vorhanden. Es wurde zwar schnell ein mobiler Router besorgt, die Funktion konnte aber vom Vermieter balearfun nicht aufrecht erhalten werden. Sehr ärgerlich! Da wir wahrscheinlich die ersten Mieter 2016 waren, war in der Küche alles sehr schmuddelig und es standen noch Restebestände (wie alte abgelaufene Öle Tees und Gewürze mit MHD zw. 2008 und 2015) in den Regalen. Küchengeräte rostig oder verstaubt und unter die Küchenzeile mochten wir gar nicht weiter schauen. Gasherd;Kühlschrank u. Microwelle aber sauber und funktionsfähig. Der nun als Wirtschafts-Patio bezeichnete Raum war eine Rumpelkammer, die neben den 2 Waschmaschinen( enthielten noch feuchte Handtücher) ein Regal mit jedwedem Werkzeug für Gas-Wasser-Elektro-Malerarbeiten nebst Ersatzteilen, Farben und Verdünner und eine weitere Sammlung von Steinen, Totholz, altes Kinderspielzeug und -sitz beherbergte. Ausser zum Wäscheaufhängen kein Platz zum wirtschaften. Dieser Patio ist auch kein Innenhof, sondern der Hintereingang zum Haus, die Tür war aber verriegelt. In den Schubladen der eigentlich sehr schön dekorierten Schränken fanden sich ohne Ausnahme staubige Sammelsurien vergangener Gäste tlw. auch privates der Besitzer, so dass diese nicht nutzbar waren. Überall gesammelte Steine, Muscheln, Strandgut, Bastelfigürchen etc. Auch die Kleiderschränke (ohne Einlegeböden, voll mit Zusatzdecken. Der Kamin sollte ja auch nutzbar sein, aber ersten war kein Kaminholz vorhanden und zweiten war er sehr verdreckt. Wir mussten wetter bedingt in den ersten 5 Tagen den vorhanden Gasofen (sehr gut) nutzen. Die als romantische Dachterasse füge sich in das Gesamtbild: eigentliche sehr schön, aber unordentlich, rumpelig dadurch unsauber. Zwei Plastikstühle und die alte Bank ohne passende Auflage trugen ebenfalls zu diesem Eindruck bei. Ein weiteres Ärgernis war der nicht vorhanden und dann nicht korrekt übermittelte Müllabholplan, so dass das Müll rausstellen zu einer Lotterie verkam und wir viele gelbe Aufkleber "no correcto" gesammelt haben. Der damalige Vermieter war schlecht vorbereitet, die Infomappe enthielt nur spärliche Info über Arta, so wären Umgebungskarten rund ums Haus hilfreich, um zu wissen, wo das Auto steht. Mai2106
