The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Separate WC

First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A second bedroom with a double sofa-bed
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board.

Exterior:
- A 20 m² south-facing wooden terrace equipped with parasol, garden furniture and barbecue. Boules de pétanque and volleyballs are also provided.

Communal areas :
- A shared, heated and covered swimming pool is available in winter from October 15 to April 15.
- two outdoor pools, supervised by a lifeguard, are available in summer from June 1 to September 30.
