Sleeping Arrangement
Bedroom 1: Main level- King bed with ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.
Bedroom 2: Top floor- King-sized bed with a private balcony(lagoon view), spacious walk-in shower, and a flat-screen smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Top floor- Queen-sized bed and access to a shared covered balcony with the fourth bedroom, and a flat-screen smart TV.
Bedroom 4: Top floor- twin-over-full bunk bed and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa with a game room with an arcade, and a flat-screen smart TV.
Upstairs shared bathroom: tub/shower combo, double vanity

Essentials like hand soap, dish detergent, starter packs of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper (one per bathroom), paper towels, and trash bags are included for your convenience.​

Policies & House Rules
Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs allowed; no cats.
Flat fee of $200/stay per dog.
Pet Addendum
Dog(s) not permitted in beds.
Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times.
Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s).
Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home.
Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.
If damages are not reported but are found by owners or agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended.
Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.
Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
No personal dog beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!

We require a ID verification, signed rental agreement and a $500 security deposit hold, not a charge, to be held 2 days prior to arrival. It's very easy to get these items accomplished as we will send you a link immediately after your booking is confirmed.
