Wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Ferienwohnung! Die Unterkunft war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders haben wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage genossen.Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Familienurlaub in Kleinarl

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen und bestens versorgt. Verschiedene Restaurants sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Prima appartement

Prettig appartement met alle nodige faciliteiten voor een heerlijke wintersport. Eigenaar Robbert is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het skigebied is veelzijdig. De dichtstbijzijnde lift het gebied is ka je makkelijk bereiken met de skibus of auto. Heb je je spullen al in een depot dan kan je het ook bereiken met een 10 minuten durende wandeling. We overwegen om volgend jaar weer terug te gaan.

Rundum Zufrieden

Hat sich gelohnt...

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kleinarl. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter Robert hat für alles ein offenes Ohr. Für 8 Personen ist der Esstisch ist ein wenig knapp bemessen, laut Robert gibt es aber schon eine Idee für eine Vergrößerung. In der Garage gibt es die Möglichkeit seine Skistiefel zu trocknen und die Ski zu lagern. Die Skibushaltestelle ist ca. 150m entfernt. Wir hatten dennoch ein Skidepot im Intersport direkt an der Talstation. So konnten wir zu Fuss zum Lift gehen ohne die Abfahrtzeiten des Busses berücksichtigen zu müssen. FAZIT: Empfehlenswert!!!

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Aussicht auf die Berge

Wir waren über Silvester in der Wohnung und uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und die kleinere Wohnung für acht Leute war für unsere Zwecke genau richtig. Kleinarl und Wagrain haben ein tolles Skigebiet. Der Skibus hält in der Nähe des Hauses (3 min zu Fuß). Skier konnten wir in der Garage lagern. Für Frühstück und Abendessen war in der Küche alles vorhanden, auch ein Geschirrspüler und Kaffeevollautomat. Die Größe der Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist ausreichend. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen Fernseher. Ein zusätzlicher Fernseher im Gemeinschaftsraum wäre für die Nicht-Skifahrer noch schön gewesen. Robert, der Besitzer, ist klasse. Er hat uns sehr nett wilkommen geheißen und Tipss zu Veranstaltungen im Ort gegeben. Zu Silvester hat er im Hof eine Bar aufgebaut und wir haben mit anderen Gästen ins neue Jahr reingefeiert. Robert hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke noch einmal und gerne wieder.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung!

Wir sind 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (9,5,5) aus Dänemark und haben gerade 10 schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Ganz einfach das beste Urlaub! Wir haben das authentische Österreich gesucht und haben das hier in der ruhiger Lage ohne zu viele Touristen erlebt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Doch wäre ein Couch sehr toll gewesen nach einen aktiven Tag. Die große und sonnige Terrasse ist perfekt mit Blick ins Tal und in die Berge. Der Spielplatz ist sehr toll und visuell von der Terrasse - sehr praktisch! Der Robert ist super nett und gastfreundlich - der perfekte Gastgeber. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung in fantastischer ruhiger Lage

Eine wunderbare, sehr schöne, hochwertige Ferienwohnung! Komplette Küchenausstattung inkl. Kaffeevollautomat und Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, jedoch zweckmäßig und absolut ausreichend. Auch gibt es eine eigene Infrarotkabine. Einzig eine Couch wäre noch toll gewesen. Eine Skigarage, genug Platz zum Parken sowie eine große sonnige Terrasse mit Blick ins Tal und in die Berge komplettieren das Angebot. Der Skibus hält fast direkt vor dem Haus und das Skigebiet von Kleinarl ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Winterwanderweg und Loipe führen direkt hinter dem Haus vorbei. Skilift, Supermarkt, Rodelbahn mit Rodelverleih alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir haben hier ein paar wunderbare Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!

Nice decor, cosy, clean, will rebook if back in that area!

We loved our stay in this apartment! We were 2 families each with 2 kids, and we were very pleased to learn that the apartment had 2 separate areas, each with 1 large and 1 smaller bedroom with double beds (one large and one smaller one), as well as separate bathrooms, meaning that our two families could have some privacy come bed and bath time. The kitchen was adequate and fully functional and, most importantly, had enough space that we could sit around the kitchen table all 8 of us and have dinner/breakfast. The host, Herr Löcker was kind and spoke English very well. The apartment comes with access to 3 lockers located in the basement of the ski rental store right at the Champion Shuttle only 2-3 minutes drive away from the apartment. Very nice that you don't have to carry your skis and boots back and forth each day but can simply leave them right at the ski lift area. It's possible to take the bus to the ski lift area too if you don't have a car.

Absolutely stunning. Exactly as described and so beautifully decorated and furnished.

Robert was a great host and made us feel very welcome. He had set out a welcome of some local food and schnapps and provided everything else we needed even down to dishwasher tablets! He has obviously put a great deal of work into making the property so comfortable. We tried several of the restaurants he suggested and had lovely meals in all of them. On our last day Robert gave us tickets for the Therme Spa which was definitely worth a visit on our last day to relax. Fantastic weather all week, great skiing, great food and a big thank you to Robert for his hospitality.

Tolle Unterkunft , super netter und Gastfreundlicher Vermieter

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Unterkunft und haben eine sehr saubere, schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Es fehlte an nichts, ganz im Gegenteil. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Geschenke - Korb mit regionalen Spezialitäten (sehr lecker) . Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Die Nähe zur Skibushaltestelle, als auch zum Ortszentrum. Aufgrund des zum Haus gehörenden Skidepots war der Lift auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dank des tollen Vermieters sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Diese Ferienwohnung ist nur zu empfehlen und wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder dorthin fahren.
