Ein Haus, das zum Wiederkommen einlädt. Behutsam und stilvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Fantastisch die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golf von Triest. Abgeschieden in der Natur gelegen - mit Besuch von Eidechsen, Eule, Pirol, Reh (und ein paar mehr Ameisen).

Pretty house, fabulous views

We all really enjoyed our stay in Koper and the owners were very pleasant to deal with. The house is surrounded by greenery (and deer etc) in a very quiet country area, with fabulous views towards the sea. A spacious property, there was plenty of room for two adults and two late teens.Our only negative comment would be that as we like to cook on holiday we would have liked a bigger fridge and more food storage space.

The view is stunning. Every detail of the home is lovingly cared for. The period design and modern conveniences are perfectly combined. We arrived earlier than anticipated and the owner gave us excellent directions to a nearby restaurant. We adore this place and you will too!

This beautiful property is a rare find; charming and with plenty of character. It’s remote and not overlooked from a single angle so if you are seeking out peace and quiet then this is the villa for you. Beds are comfortable and large and the whole villa is beautifully furnished in a very rustic “French shabby chic” style. The front terrace is amazing with beautiful views and plenty of shade from the intense heat of the day. We didn’t meet the owners but talked with them by phone and email - they were extraordinary helpful - we arrived very late so I gave them a list of items we would need ie. Bread, butter, eggs, ham, milk etc and they would not let us pay for them. Because of the remote nature of this property you’ll definitely need a car - the nearest shop is a few miles away. It’s literally just over the border from Italy so you will have no difficulty finding great Slovenian or Italian restaurants. The biggest recommendation I can provide is that we plan to return again in May next year!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt & überaus freundliche Gastgeber

Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr ruhig und man ist dort vollkommen ungestört. Es ist mit dem Auto gleichwohl sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Blick auf's Wasser ist fantastisch. Der Ausblick von der 'Haupt-Terrasse') geht nach Westen; man kann dort wirklich wunderbar sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Der Garten des Hauses ist gepflegt und sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele; sind alle nicht weit entfernt. Ein (naturgemäß steiniger) Strand in Lazaretto ist auch zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Am besten, ihr fragt Maurizio oder Christian nach dem Weg; ist etwas versteckt und holprig. Wir haben es aber auch mit drei kleinen Kindern gut geschafft. Maurizio & Christian waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; die Übergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Nach unserem Eindruck gibt es wenige 'Haare in der Suppe', und zwar: - kein WLAN; überdies Handyempfang eher mäßig; trägt zur Entspannung bei, hätten wir aber gerne im Vorfeld erfahren. - öfters mal laute Party-Musik - ich nehme an, von den Strandbars in Lazaretto - zu hören. Wurde aber jeweils um 23 Uhr deutlich leiser; uns hat es nicht gestört. - Haus insgesamt etwas zu feucht; zudem wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten im Haus; steht alles schon ziemlich voll. - Möbel / Lampen sehr schön, aber Vorsicht geboten, wenn Kinder mitreisen. - Qualität der sonstigen Ausstattung ist in Ordnung; aber nichts Besonderes. - Industriehäfen sind zwar vom Haus nicht sichtbar, befinden sich aber in unmittelbarer Nähe; der Ausblick aufs Wasser beinhaltet eigentlich auch immer 3 bis 5 Öltanker / Containerschiffe; uns hat das aber nicht gestört. - Die Miete war hoch und im Vergleich bspw zu ähnlichen Objekten in der Toskana mE etwas zu hoch. Insgesamt haben wir wunderbare Tage in Slowenien verlebt. und können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbares Haus - tolle Gegend

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt und haben es sehr genossen. Der Ausblick über die Wiese und die Olivenbäume auf das Meer waren wunderbar. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und sehr persönlich, so dass wir uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ermöglichen es, dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. Die Gegend war für uns eine Neuentdeckung mit vielen positiven Überraschungen. Wir würden gerne wieder einmal kommen.

Urlaub wie zu Kaisers Zeiten

In dieser kleinen Villa fühlt man sich als ob man in der Zeit zurück gereist wäre! Von den Kaffeetassen, über die Gemälde bis zum Mobiliar ist alles antik. Fernseher und Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, das sollte auf einer Zeitreise jedoch auch nicht stören. Am Ende einer kleinen Straße und umgeben von Weingärten und Olivenhainen ist das Haus absolut ruhig inmitten der Natur gelegen. Der Garten im neoklassischen Stil ist idyllisch gestaltet und überall gibt es Statuen, Steinbänke und andere liebevolle Details zu entdecken. Der steinerne Esstisch auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Triest ist ideal für ausgiebige Frühstücke oder abendliche Gläser Wein bei Kerzenlicht. Ein Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse tummeln sich tagsüber Eidechsen und auf der Wiese davor kann man abends Rehe und Füchse beobachten. Vor Spinnen und (winzigen) Skorpionen sollte man sich allerdings nicht fürchten, denn auch diesen begegnet man gelegentlich. Das Meer ist fußläufig über einen kleinen (aber steilen) Weg durch die Weingärten in einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10-15 Minuten in den nächsten Ortschaften. Ein magischer Platz - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Villa mit Meerblick

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Villa in völliger Ruhe und mit super Meerblick! Wir waren mit Kleinkindern dort. Ein schöner Garten ist vorhanden, jedoch sollte man auf kleinere Kinder gut aufpassen, da ein viele stachelige Pflanzen im Garten gibt. Im Haus selbst ist alles antik eingerichtet - für Kinder daher nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine, so dass viel Zeit fürs Spülen draufgeht. Auch war es bei uns im Juli/August nachts sehr stickig. - eine Klimaanlage wäre da schön gewesen. Ansonsten ist das Meer über einen Weinhain in ca 20/25min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Lage der Villa ist sonst super! Wir haben den Urlaub insgesamt sehr genossen! Die Besitzer sind auch sehr cool und für einen Plausch offen! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Petit coin de paradis sloveine entre Italie et Croatie

Christian et Maurizo nous ont reçu avec beaucoup de cœur dans leur jolie maison, très agréable. Ils ont tout mis en œuvre pour la qualité de l'accueil et de notre séjour. Besser geht´s nicht

Sehr ruhig, Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Schönes Bad, tolle Dusche, Drei seperate, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, eines im Erdgeschoß, die beiden anderen im ersten Stock. Die Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock haben jeweils eine eigene Terasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Blick aus Meer. Küche mit allem was man braucht. Keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Viel Rosmarin und Salbei im Garten. Mehrere schöne Außensitzplätze, auch überdacht, falls es mal regnet. Viel Natur, man kann Rehe und Füchse beobachten. Toller Blick auf die Einfahrt zur Bucht von Triest. Schnelle Anfahrten nach Triest und Kopper. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

Really nice home, exactly as advertised

We really enjoyed our stay, the garden and the view were so pretty. We spent the holiday with our two little kids here and they enjoyed the house and the environment as well. Koper and Trieste are close by and there are nice places to go for a swim. Also the owners were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place.

Most beautiful house in Slovenia

Mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus mitten in Weinfeldern. Perfekt für alle, die Ruhe genießen wollen

Lage sehr ruhig, erholsam und idyllisch. Blick auf Weinfelder, die Adria und die Einfährt nach Triest. Haus mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, alles da,was man benötigt. Tolles neues Bad. Unkomplizierte Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe. Einzige Mankos: Strand / Wasserzugang nicht optimal (zum nächsten schönen Meerzugang muss man mit dem Auto fahren.) Es gibt bt relativ viele Mücken und Bremsen am Abend.

Lovely decorated house with a view on the sea

The house has all you can wish for a nice holiday. It's quiet with a lot of space. The house inside stays cool in summer. It's decorated with lot's of beautiful furniture. And all kind of equipment. The view on the landscape and the sea is magnificent. It's located near a little nice Italian village. The hosts of the house are good in the communication and you can feel that they want you to have a nice time in their house. All together we had a really great time!
