In a very short time remaining until high season (most people secure their seasonal rentals at the end of the previous season), this new listing offers an unparalleled luxury experience.

Close to everything and filled with amenities, this ground-floor condominium has two bedrooms and two full baths with huge Master, and guest bedroom. The Master bath has a large Roman tub, and two sinks and shower. The guest bathroom has a combined shower / tub.

Entering the foyer area of this 1,800 s/f home, the den / library is conveniently left, opening into a large open dining room / kitchen / living area ahead. With some original art and tasteful antiques, for those who play piano (or who are otherwise gentle) the living room hosts a fully-refurbished, tuned, Steinway Model O Grand piano.

Music lovers may find one of the most sophisticated music systems that your ears may ever hear, providing many studio-quality masters, across many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock, Worship, Musical Roots, etc. You may not have experienced music like this before.

For the food aficionado, the chef's kitchen and island seating contains many cooking aids, including a barista-level espresso maker and electric burr grinder. The accommodation will come with a bag of freshly roasted coffee, and the coffee quality will surpass the local coffee shop. I'll provide a loaf of freshly-baked French bread, and am happy to share the recipe, and for its easy duplication with the provided KitchenAid mixer and cooking scale. The dining area contains seating for six, expandable with two leaves, to eight to ten people.

Amenities include access to the community pool; and the location is close to everything: minutes to Siesta Key and Beach, and minutes to the I-75 highway, for easy access city points north and south.

Enjoy the warm and beautiful weather and Sarasota environment without sacrificing amenities that you may be accustomed to at home. Sarasota is a delightful city, known for the arts, and named one of the top 10 Best Places to Live in the U.S. for 2021-22, according to U.S. News & World Report. Siesta Key Beach, was listed #1 beach in Travelers' Choice Awards, in 2015, 2017 and 2020, "Best Beaches in the United States,"

Accommodation details: The Homeowners Association requires a minimum of three-months stay (my own preference is for even longer), and will require background check and application.

Great location.

Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies and highways. While we had some issues with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival, the owner took immediate steps to rectify the situation. The owner was very accommodating and made every effort to solve some other minor problems that came up. The biggest drawback was the lanai. It was so close to a major thoroughfare that the noise and auto fumes made it too uncomfortable to use. Overall, our stay was very satisfactory.
