It was pretty clean for the most part, very spacious, location was great. Only concern I had was 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed the air conditioner stopped working and it was in the high 80’s those days, and inside the house it got up to 81 degrees and it was MISERABLE especially at night, kids were hot and cranky, couldn’t sleep, would wake up covered in sweat. Walking around outside sweating and then not being able to come to a nice cool house really sucked! I did message the manager and they said they’d send someone to look at it but we never seen anyone come out and it never got fixed so unsure. Other than that the stay was pretty decent.
The property was in a great location. The entrance into the house was easily accessed by a wheelchair, unfortunately the hallways, bedrooms and bathroom doors do not accommodate a wheelchair. We had a family member that is completely wheelchair dependent and we were thinking they would be able to access the bedroom and bathrooms but couldn’t. They are just too narrow. We had to do some improvising in order for them to have a place sleep. We did like that it was one level and didn’t have stairs to worry about. If you need a property to accommodate some mobility issues (not complete immobility),you would be fine staying here.
The place is close to the main road and even within walking distance of some places. The home was immaculate and well-stocked.My son loved the arcade machine on the patio. One comment: One of the main bedrooms with a restroom/shower doesn't have a door to the bathroom, which was acquired.
This is our second time staying here, love the house and location.

Great Location but needs some updates
This was a couple trip of 8 adults. This property was very reasonably priced which is why we chose to book it. The location couldn't have been any better. The living room and sunroom were great spaces with lots of room, nice furniture, etc. All of the bed were harder than rocks and the pillows were not great. We all woke up sore every morning, minus the one couple who had brought their own mattress topper. One couple ended up on the futon in the sunroom because their bed was so bad. My husband ended up sleeping in the bunk room twice because he couldn't handle our bed. The hot tub never really got really hot, even set on 104. It was also small. It could hold 2 comfortably, no more. We tried 4 females in it and was squished. It was the only time we got in. The owners were responsive whenever we had messaged them about a couple of things, so that was great. Again for the price and location, it was wonderful. You just cannot put a price on a good nights sleep though,
The house is nice with easy access to the Parkway. The riverside however is incorrect . You cannot see or hear the river from this location. That was my main reason for booking this location.
Great location! Loved the dog run and the proximity to the dog park. Nice ramp to the entrance! The video game was a nice touch.
Bathroom doors are narrow which makes it difficult for folks permanently in a wheelchair. However, we used some creativity to overcome this obstacle. For folks using a walker/canes will not encounter any problems.
We loved our our stay and will stay here again!
Open floor concept with extra enclosed room in back offers gatherings and privacy at the same time. Enjoy a serene walk to the Little Pigeon and the river life!
We loved our stay! Plenty of seating and space to move around for all of us . The bunk beds, arcade game and TVs in every room were BIG HITS. Our puppy enjoyed the fenced dog area as well.
Loved this location, house is awesome! Much better than the pictures and owner is amazing! Will definitely rent again and highly recommend. Oh and our dog loved the space outside!!!
Great place to stay, and close to everything! We needed an all one level house for one of the guys staying with us due to his handicap, so it worked out. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind when we travel back to Pigeon Forge again!
It was perfect for our needs!! I have an adult disabled son; it met all our needs, even had a ramp to the front door instead of step(s).
Plenty of room for each of us to have our own bedroom/bath. Great location, close to everything in Pigeon Forge!
We still choose this one again when we're in the area if available!

We love to visit the Smoky Mountains and see the leaves change colors. Enjoying a comfortable space with our family is a true blessing. Retiring back to our home with comfy leather furniture and a fully furnished kitchen is so much better than any hotel room. Come see why we choose this property as our family's home away from home. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and having amenities like a hot tub and game room that provide hours of fun. We take pride in our home and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. Come and visit and see why it is our away from home!
Why they chose this property
We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place right off the parkway with no curvy mountain roads . We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)
What makes this property unique
We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
