Beautiful location

The location of the property was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach where we were able to see sea turtles every day. The interior of the property needs updating. The couch has springs coming through and the bathrooms need some updating also.

Great location condo had everything we needed and more. Great views, quiet yet convenient to shops restaurants, etc. here for meetings at Hyatt (5min walk) and couldn’t be more pleased with choice to stay here instead. Kahalo vacation were awesome to deal with

Nice in Poipu

Good location, the grounds are pretty and clean. The condo can use some upgrading and a good clean. Furniture to big for condo. Carpets and tile grout were dirty and has ants. We did keep everything in the refrigerator and microwave. Over all this is a good condo and a great location.

Sun, Sand and Smiles at Poipu Sands

Poipu Sands was a perfect location for our 10-day stay on Kauai! We loved the easy access via a walking path that led from our door to the incredible Grand Hyatt where we attended a wedding and spent several afternoons enjoying Shipwreck beach. We also loved the easy access via walking paths to other restaurants, beaches and coastal trails. The neighborhood was quiet at night so we could sleep with our windows open. We really loved the large balcony where we could watch what was happening on shipwreck beach and see the sunrise. And the kitchen was extremely well stocked! We fell in love with Kauai and CANNOT wait to return!!

Roomy, quiet condo in Poipu

Excellent choice for smaller families or 2 couples. Wonderful ocean view. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Pool was just steps away, but we wished the hot tub would've been closer; hot tub was about a 10-minute walk. Multiple beaches within walking distance. Kitchen was well-equipped, although we opted to eat out mostly. Bath and beach towels were supplied for 4 guests, but it would've been nice to have a few extras.

We have stayed at the Sands before and love the views and proximity to the beaches and restaurants! The home was clean and well maintained. Beds very comfortably. Plenty of beach chairs. The home had everything we needed.

May Stay in 222

Great Location and view . Ver Ver quiet place . Liked the keyless entry. Had difficulty navigating TV's . Wife missed not having a hair blow dryer and I was able to handle lifting our larger bags up stairs but other elder seniors may find it difficult.

Amazing location, property and access

Just had the pleasure of staying at Poipu Sands for the past week. It was absolutely beautiful --clean, wonderful location, effortless check-in, with easy access to all parts of the island. Would stay here again in a second the next time I visit (which hopefully will be sooner, rather than later).

Nice location, nice pool

Little out dated the carpet felt dirty, the kitchen should have been cleaner upon arrival - had to call the PM the utensil tray was dirty and drawer to garbage was dirty - housekeeper came and cleaned and noted this unit should have a deep clean this should have been deep cleaned for our stay. Did have limited towels but housekeeper brought more iron was replaced for us and we are thankful. Each patron should have very clean unit.

Poipu Sands

This condo is conveniently located and quiet at the same time. There was plenty of space for our family of four and had one nice pool close by, 2 others a short drive away. We enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets from the decks. The beach was just a short walk away as well. Great stay!

Great location in paradise!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Exactly as the photos and listing show. Super easy access and communication with the owners. Lots of great recommendations before we even landed in Kauai which was super helpful in making some plans. On your doorstep are the pool, Shipwrecks beach, cliffs to view sunsets and humpback whales. Also walking distance (we don’t mind 20+ minute walks) to lots of great bars & restaurants. Super comfy bed and great facilities. Definitely recommend you book!
