Well appointed home with hosts anticipating every travel need. Would use again enthusiastically. House located in dense older neighborhood so expect a lot of activity in surrounding area. Always felt safe and at ease, no issues there. Loved staying there!
I simply cannot say enough about this property and host! Chelsea was absolutely amazing, went way above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and stress free! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. It was so nice to have this home as our home base for the long weekend. Everything we needed was right there; there’s not a thing I can think of that our gracious hosts didn’t provide. What a treasure!
Beautifully remodeled historic home. Has all the luxuries without compromising the history. Plenty of room to relax and many sleeping options. Love the touches of ‘Southern Hospitality’ to make us feel welcome.
Beautiful home for our family gathering- Chelsea our hostess was over-the-top nice and very accommodating. She made our stay stress free and one to remember!
Our oldest grandson’s wedding was in Goldsboro and I needed a large space to accommodate 6 adults and three children. This house had more than enough space! Large rooms, beautifully decorated, all the amenities and much better than the pictures showed. The host was responsive and my husband even had a chance to meet her! We highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to going back!
A beautifully restored period home away from home.
This is a beautifully restored home with everything you could possibly need, and then some. We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas and felt so at home. We were all sad to leave. Chelsea is so accomodating and friendly and has thought of all the little extras that make the home so welcoming.
This house was built in 1928 and it is still beautiful. Of course it has been updated - the kitchen is gorgeous. The kitchen is also well equipped for long stays. The owner, Chelsea, was so accommodating. She was very attentive and quick to answer questions. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house was so clean. You will love the kitchen and all the extras Chelsea provides. This house can accommodate a lot of folks. Our group consisted of 2 sons, one daughter-in-law, our 2 year old grandson and our small dog. My husband and I grew up in Goldsboro and we felt safe and comfortable. It is in close proximity to Herman Park- good park for kids and has tennis courts.
sorry no pickle ball at this park. We would love to stay here again.
My husband and I usually always book VRBO houses when we travel. Especially if it is going to be more than 2 night stay. We just love the comfort of a home and just hanging out with our family and friends. This was the most hostess friendly home I have ever stayed in. Every single accommodation was thought out and executed. We were in town for a friends wedding and we loved coming home to a comfortable, equipped, beautiful home!!! Thank you to Chelsea and Andrew - you all the best!
This place was stunning! Chelsea went above and beyond to accommodate our family, including buying a CRIB!!! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we could possibly need for our thanksgiving day cooking and serving. The beds, pillows and linens were high end and very soft and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone and we had the best time! We’d certainly come back again.
