Scam

Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. Through some Google searching, I was able to find the property management company in charge of the apartment complex where this property is located (FPI Management). I spoke with a representative from FPI by the name of Adriana, who explained and verified by email for documentation that Jasmine rents the apartment and is not authorized to sublease the apartment. Please don't allow yourself to be scammed by this "owner" like I was.

Single visiting Stockton

Great safe location, close to everything . Only issues- it smelled like cigarettes, kitchen could’ve been cleaner, and little counter space taken over by decor. Apartment was great for one person or a couple. Host was very communicative and accommodating to my late check in.
