If you’ve never stayed in a treehouse in the middle of the woods, this is your chance! It’s small, cozy, warm and just right for a getaway near Ricketts Glen State Park. The host is very responsive and I’d be happy to come back here again with my wife

Perfectly Cozy

The owl's nest was a perfect little place to stay overnight when visiting Rickett's glen. The nest is cute and cozy, lots of extra blankets and the beds are comfortable with soft sheets. Only one minor nitpick is that the air circulation fan is a little loud but it is white noise so it didn't keep us up. 10/10 would stay again!

Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the Owls Nest tree house and had a great time. The online photos are a perfect representation of this space. We and our kids were cozy and comfortable resting up for a day of hiking at Rickett’s Glenn. Location is very convenient and the host was wonderfully friendly and engaging. We plan on coming back!

Treehouse getaway

What an awesome place! We stayed for a night after hiking and enjoying Lake Jean. Beautiful property and landscaping. The treehouse had everything we needed and was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious!

Perfect little getaway/stay

Fabulous little Bed and Breakfast so close to Ricketts Glen. The Owl's Nest was a fun little treehouse stay for my husband and me. It was so cute, cozy, comfy, and had all the amenities one could possibly need. We loved our stay here - our hosts were great - and the breakfasts were delicious!!!! We would highly recommend booking this for a little getaway - you won't be disappointed! Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Owls Nest Getaway

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our weekend away at Owls Nest Treehouse. The tree house was modern, clean and had amazing places to relax. It is in very close proximity to Rickett’s Glen and World’s End where we enjoy great hiking.

Beautiful, Serene treehouse getaway!

Birthday friend trip getaway to ricketts Glen and perfect ending at the treehouse was nothing less than perfect! The treehouse was perfectly clean and cute and the host Claytonna made us feel Welcome at all times! The breakfast in the morning was superb and so nice to chat with her and the other guests. She went above and beyond with everything. You can tell she loves her property and puts the utmost care and love into Everything she does. Absolute top rating!!! What a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend!!

BOOK HERE! Every aspect of our stay was phenomenal!! Claytonna and Dave were kind, communicative, thorough, and overall FABULOUS!! We stayed at the treehouse the night before and after our wedding, and it was perfection. They truly think of all the details! The patio below with the functional grill and ceiling fan, the insect repellent, both heating and cooling functions for temperature control in the house, the mini fridge with freezer and ice, TV with WiFi and streaming, I could go on!! I sat in the chair in the living area, delighted to find it was a recliner! Screens in every window so you can enjoy the fresh air if preferred. Breakfast at the main house, but the space felt private for the duration of our stay. Cell service for Verizon, but you don't even need it! I could live here. They truly think of every single detail!! We are quick to recommend, and fully planning to return in the future.

The cottage in the woods.

Myself and my fiancée stayed at the treehouse/elevated cabin at the cottage in the woods. All I can say that is was phenomenal. Accommodations were excellent for a woods getaway. Close to the Ricketts Glenn falls hiking trails and incredible friendly service by the owners
