Beautiful home

We stayed at this home for two weeks with 4-5 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. It is as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the pool. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean.The neighborhood is beautiful and we were close to Fenney Grill and recreational activities. Once we got our bearings, getting around by golf cart was fun and easy. But it takes a minute to understand the layout of the golf cart paths.Communication with host was excellent. I would recommend the host provide some camping chairs. Attending live music and other events would be much easier if we had our own chairs.

Wonderful Home !

One of the best homes we’ve rented and we’ve rented quite a few. Home had everything that we wanted, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated - and the pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much - highly recommend. Thank you !! The Romeo’s.

So enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! It was the perfect place to meet our family and parents for their 72 anniversary celebration. Easy access to the villages with tons to do close by. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful place!

We were lucky enough to stay here over the Christmas break with 3 generations of extended family and what a wonderful time! The house is in a great location, with Magnolia Square and Brownwood easily accessible. Everything within the house is as advertised. Really clean, well appointed with what you would need to host a dinner. Beds and linens were nice and bathrooms were spotless. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Pool in the backyard! So peaceful.

We love the Villages and especially Fenney. The pool in the back was perfect. The host was very communicative. Nice quiet neighborhood. Just a short golf cart drive to Fenney Grill.

Love this property!

This was my second time at Pam’s property on Zipperer Way. I love this place. Clean, super cozy, perfect sized pool for cooling off, and a short drive or walk to Fenny Grill, which we also loved! Pam is very quick responding to any questions you have. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great family vacation spot

It was a prerfect house for our family! The pool was perfect to relax and the house layout was nice and open and not overly decorated where I had to worry about young kids possibly touching or breaking something. It was a great place to stay while visiting grandparents.

Great place to stay!

Overall, we loved staying at your place and thought it was very nice! In addition to the house itself being very nice (great floor plan!), we thought there were many extra nice touches and things you did well: 1) allowing our use of the garage, 2) having smart tv's in all of the bedrooms and the lanai, 3) washer & dryer, 4) the coded lock on the front door, 5) the beds were very comfortable and KING, 6) the pool of course, 7) the pocket door we could close to make it quieter in bedrooms #2 and #3, and 8) your responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process. There are a few things we think might help future guests: 1) instructions for the dishwasher - when we used the "Normal" cycle we had the issue that we discussed with you of some of the Cascade leaking out of the compartment and the dishes not getting cleaned. But when we used the "Sensor" cycle, it seemed to work fine. 2) letting guests know that someone will be coming to clean the pool mid-week - and, specifically, which day at what time that person will be showing up would be a nice touch. 3) We think it would have been nice if the kitchen had been supplied with some things that weren't there. My parents live in The Villages so we were able to borrow these items from them, but most guests won't be able to do that. Items such as a crock pot, a 2nd 9x13 glass Pyrex dish, a pair of scissors, a couple of large cookie sheets and, most importantly, more silverware!

Great stay in the Villages!

We had an awesome time staying at this place in the Villages. The space was very comfortable for our family of four (there are three bedrooms, all with king beds) and the house was clean. I would highly recommend this for people visiting the Villages with kids - the pool was perfect. Pam was a great communicator and we would definitely love to visit again in the future.
