Condo features a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom with 2 full baths. Location: excellent location walkable to Publix, Starbucks and plenty of other shops and dining as well only minutes to drive to Naples' beautiful beaches. Amenities include: salt water heated pool, sauna, BBQ grills, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, renovated clubhouse with library, gym pool tables etc. Social calendar: water aerobics, bridge, bingo, coffee & donuts. Appliances: dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, washer & dryer on-site just a few doors down. Utilities: Water, Trash, Internet and Cable included. No pets per HOA. Golf available at Quail Run with no membership required. 30 day minimum rental except Jan-April minimum 60 days as of 2024.
