Located on North Beach in Corpus Christi, Sea Haven is just minutes from the USS Lexington, the Texas State Aquarium, the beautiful Harbor Bridge and the Corpus Christi Hooks minor league baseball team, as well as some of the best food Corpus Christi has to offer.
The space
This newly renovated 1 bedroom beach condo with a comfortable coastal style is a short 1 minute walk to the beach and features a queen in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a set of bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen is fully furnished, so you can eat-in during your stay if you'd like.

Sliding doors give access to the water-view balcony with patio chairs to watch the sunrise over the bay.

The complex offers 2 private pools with one heated throughout the winter, hot tub, private beach access, coin laundry, free wifi and cable tv. Our Sea Haven condo has a smart tv so you can access your favorite streaming services.

Please note that the condo office charges a non-refundable $15 check-in fee per booking, which is payable at check-in. This goes towards getting a gate card and passes to use the pools and amenities.

Great for familiies

Super cute and cozy, great for a family stay. Everything was really clean, comfortable, and inviting. Would absolutely stay again if the chance arises.

Nice little getaway

We had a nice little getaway, we enjoyed our stay. The home was neat and clean. When we got there we were a bit skiddish of the area, but as the Days went on we were comfortable and felt safe with the security on the property. Also the beach access was so nice. I would stay there again.

Family Vacation

Really loved the location and proximity to the beach! Condo was nice and clean and they provided some extras for us just in case. The elevator was out the entire trip and the building was not accessible, which made it hard because my husband has a bad knee and it was very hard to get him up to the condo.

Nicely decorated and quaint little home. Proximity to the beach was a plus. Building itself is rundown and the pools were very dirty so we did not use them and access to a pool was important to us in picking a place to stay.

Overall happy with everything. The condo was clean and well prepared for our stay. Couldnt get the kuerig to make my coffee but because of location we had options around us. Would stay here again!

Great place with pool and right on the beach.! Condo gives a great beach vibe and you can watch and hear the ocean from the balcony. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time way! The property is undergoing renovations that are needed but it didn’t affect us other than the elevator being out! We loved the location on the beach with the walking path, we were able to enjoy 2 attractions without driving! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed!

The condo itself was renovated and beautifully decorated! Villa Del Sol is a great location however they are trying to do some much needed renovations and it looks a little unkempt. Overall it was a good experience.

Perfect, Clean, and Cozy!

BEAUTIFULLY decorated! So clean and welcoming. Had everything we needed. 2 adults, 4 children and 1 infant and we were organized and comfortable. Very good use of space within the condo ( all the towel hooks, corner shelves, etc) . Excellent communication with owners. We will definitely return and choose this same condo.

Beautiful condo

The overall condition of the property grounds was unpleasant. A lot of construction, apparently doing renovations. The pool in our section 3 is under renovation, it was drained and we did not expect that. The beach was fabulous - clean and easy to access. The condo we stayed in was immaculate!

Good Vibes

Great communication from Host. Very clean condo, fully stocked kitchen came in handy had everything we needed to cook. Generous amount of both bath & beach towels which came in handy. There’s a private beach access that was nice, unfortunately there was a lot of jellyfish in the beach so we weren’t able to spend much time in it during our stay but luckily the condo also had a pool that we took advantage of. Check in & check out process were both easy. In the end I will definitely be recommending this place. They made great use of the space & was conveniently located.

The issue that I had was that the pool and hot tub that was supposed to be outside of our balcony was drained and not in use. A lot of construction to the place and elevator not working. Also old food in the refrigerator when we got there. It was a good location though not far from downtown area and right off the water

Not clean

Rental had old coffee sitting in the microwave, and dirty used washcloth in the sink. The wifi was working and hosts did not respond when we sent a message. The elevator wasn’t working and one of the pools was empty. We do understand however that is out of their control. Overall the condo had cute decor we just wished it was cleaned better.
