In Berry and in the Brenne Regional Natural Park, a fully renovated 16th century building with a large maintained plot of land where the Chézeaux stream flows.
A large courtyard that can accommodate several cars and an open barn.
Private swimming pool of 12.8 x 3.8 meters (open from mid-June to the end of September).
The pluses: sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
Electricity will be billed on meter reading according to consumption. 8Kw offered per day.

On the half-floor (access via 5 steps): large living room with summer kitchen and lounge, large bay window with access to the terrace and swimming pool, laundry room with washing machine.
On the first floor: large dining room, winter kitchen (access possible from the road), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its private bathroom (walk-in shower) and toilet.
On the half-floor (access via 5 steps): 2 bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed (communicating via sliding doors), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet.
On the second floor: on the mezzanine 2 beds of 90, 1 bed of 140 and a baby bed.
