1 mile from Ole Miss Campus and 2 miles to the Oxford Square.
This home is in the center of town (off Jackson Avenue in a private neighborhood) and ready for all of your weekend needs. You can hear the football stadium from the back yard.
Downstairs: 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room 1/2 bath, mudroom and laundry room. There is a large screened back porch with TV and a fenced yard. The master is located on the first floor and the master bath has heated floors and free standing tub.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms ,a playroom, a second laundry room and 3 full bathrooms.
