Fantastic, clean, affordable, and right in the middle of it all. Spread out in this comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment.

The unit is cozy and comfortable with Netflix, big screen TV’s, and great internet.

The location is what really makes this spot special. It is right in the middle of town, near all of the food, entertainment, shopping, health care, and other conveniences.

This is a perfect place for families, traveling workers, traveling nurses, or any other people wanting an affordable, private, and safe place.

Despite this precious vintage and mobile home and apartment community being right smack in the middle of town, this property is nestled on a quiet corner with beautiful trees. You can hear the wind blowing through the leaves, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though you're staying in this oasis, most modern creature comforts are within walking distance. It is truly unique to the area and a great hidden gem.

As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day. Couldn’t get over the smell

We rented this property as a place I could meet up with my college daughter and spend time with her and cook for her. We left after the first night and did not complete our stay. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana despite the no smoking policy. The unit is in bad need of updating and the knobs on the stove were so dirty I was not going to touch them to cook. The apartment overall was clean but the smell permeated the entire unit. Even our clothes smelled after just one night in the apartment. My daughters were a bit afraid of the neighborhood and the other characters renting the units. We will not stay here again. The property manager was friendly and helpful.
