Located in a quiet and flat area ideal for walks along the canals. Near to the beach of La Rubina where you can reach by foot and by bike, a beach that accepts dogs. You will enjoy the 15m2 terrace / patio with barbecue, very well equipped house on 2 floors (bedrooms on 1st floor), AIR CONDITIONING. Community pool ( june to september). 55 m2 for 6 people: 2 beds x 1.40 + bed x 90 + sofa bed (1 person). Bedlinen and towels not included Pets not allowed.

- Supplement pets : 50 € per stay
- Beth baby : 30 € per stay
- Towels/ person : 7 € per stay
