In the heart of the Ognon valley, in a village with quality shops (local products...), near Pesmes (castle, royal house... one of the most beautiful villages in France) or Marnay, a town of character with multiple sports and leisure activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddle, fishing, hiking with the paths of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, canoeing, cycling circuits... Hugier vineyard, "Acorus" aquatic garden in Autoreille. In the pretty village of Montagney, fully renovated semi-detached gîte, located in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans. On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, separate WC, laundry room, living/dining room with sofa bed (two places), TV, direct access to the terrace. Upstairs: one bedroom with two 90cm beds, one bedroom with a 160cm bed, modern bathroom, toilet. A travel cot and high chair are available. Small pets are welcome upon request from the owners. Shaded terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and deckchairs. All set in a magnificent one-hectare park. Two other gîtes are located on the property. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard. One small pet is welcome free of charge upon request.

All-inclusive gîte: sheets, cleaning, towels, and heating are included in the price.
